Thought to be dead, Kathy Kane was the original Batwoman, who operated independent of Batman. Recently she was revealed to be Headmistress of the clandestine Spyral organization and an active member of the espionage community.
An unrepentant Nazi Scientist, Dr. Dedalus is the mysterious founder of both Leviathan and Spyral. Not to mention the biological father of Kathy Kane, the original Batwoman as well as Spyral scientist Frau Netz. He terrorized Batman Inc but was killed by Damian Wayne to spare Bruce.
Ben Turner, The Bronze Tiger, is one of the greatest martial artists in the DC Universe. His training has honed him to be an equal to his best friend Richard Dragon. He is often associated with the Suicide Squad and the League of Assassins.

Jason Todd was the second Robin, until he was brutally murdered by the Joker. After he was resurrected, Jason learned Batman didn't avenge his death. Anguished and seeking vengeance, he initially turned against his mentor and father figure and took on the Clown Prince's former identity: the Red Hood.
