Crack Navy ace Tommy "Duke" Mitchell and his radar intercept officer, Kelly "Mac" MacGruder are on a routine mission when their Tomcat encounters an energy field and is forced to land on a mysterious island. Duke and Mac become separated, and while trying to find each other, run across strange aliens, curious creatures, and giant monsters. The clock is ticking as Mac and Duke have only 24 hours to get off the island before it phases to another part of the universe. Between the monsters and a revolution against the alien caretakers, known as the Gooch, it's an all-out fight for survival against the denizens of MONSTER ISLAND!
