You know Zee, you have your own series.
What's good?
Actually, I'm not sure if Zatanna stealing the show from the Gotham City Sirens is a good thing. While her presence in this issue is important, you can't forget about Ivy and Harley, as Harley convinces Ivy to help save Selina. In some ways, I do like Talia's real reason for wanting Selina to have her memory erased.
What's bad?
Once again, Selina is playing the damsel in distress for the second time in a row. Seriously, she doesn't have a choice in the matter. What amazes me was that Zatanna was going to go through with it! Didn't she learn her lesson the last time she used mind wipe?
Zee's father just won't die in peace. Somehow this guy appears so much even when he's supposed to be dead. It could have been that Zee was thinking that she was talking to him. Those who haven't followed Zatanna (not as a series, but a whole) may question this approach of him appearing.
The artwork is a mixed bag for me. Jeremy Haun is a vast improvement from the last few issues, but some pages were a bit weak, like the pages where Zee is wiping out Selina's memories. Also, why is Harley out of costume? Minor complaint.
Overall: Despite my negatives, it's not really that bad of an issue. It's a slight improvement from the last story. I just want this story to be over with. If it wasn't for the next story arc was going to be about Harley Quinn, I would have dropped this series after this story.
