Keystone Kops concludes as Kelly's mutation completes he attacks Doctor Alchemy, as Batman tries to capture the mutated Kelly while Montoya recaptures Doctor Alchemy. Meanwhile Renee gets the news from Daria that her father wants to come back into her life. As Kelly begins a rampage outside of Renee's fathers store, his partner attempts to confront him, while Montoya rushes to the scene. Before she can arrive, Kelly's partner is forced to shoot and kill him to end his rampage,while Renee and her father make up.
