    Story Arcs

    This book contains the story arcs "Corrigan", "On the Freak Beat", and "Keystone Kops" as well as a one issue story "Lights Out".

    "Corrigan" - Montoya and Allen are caught in the crossfire of a gang war which results in Allen being investigated by Internal Affairs. Montoya must clear her partner.

    "Lights Out" - The Bat-signal is remove from the roof of the GCPD.

    "On the Freak Beat" - Marcus Driver and Josephine MacDonald investigate a crime that Catwoman is suspected of committing.

    "Keystone Kops" - An accidental cause a Gotham police officer to start mutating. Dr. Alchemy is involved and so Montoya and Allen travel to Keystone City to investigate.
