Dragon Ball Ep 19 - 2:30 - As part of Master Roshi's training, every day for eight months straight Goku (and Krillin) would wake up at 4:00 in the morning to deliver milk to every single resident of the entire island across treacherous terrain (a task usually requiring a helicopter to do) and would plow entire crop fields with his bare hands, both before breakfast, then was expected to study literature and math for hours at a time and gain acceptable grades, afterwards going on to perform heavy construction work without power tools, do laps in shark infested water, and dodge angry bees while tied to a tree, all while wearing a 50 pound turtle shell that he was never allowed to take off. Goku was terribly wounded each day, but not once during this training did he ever falter or doubt.
Kid Goku (Pre-Korin Training)

Going with the milk jug comparison, I can easily lift and toss around an 8 pound gallon of liquid with almost no effort, yet if I hung it around a broom handle and held it away from myself less than three feet away, suddenly the ordeal becomes nearly impossible. Not only is Bulma significantly heavier than eight pounds, but the distance is a lot farther too, and Goku had zero strain.
(FILLER) Dragon Ball Ep 52 - 10:35 - Goku resists being pulled by the giant octopus, before the cliff broke he seemed to be matching it's strength nicely. (Skip to 2:45)

City level -
Dragon Ball Ep 51 - 19:05 - Goku obliterates the Pirate Robot with an aerial Jen-Ken. In the anime this robot easily withstood the blast of an energy cannon that resulted in the entire underwater compound being destabilized and collapsing after a few minutes. In the manga, Goku's punch itself is what destabilized the compound.
Dragon Ball Ep 53 - 12:52 - Goku oneshots General Blue after softening him up some. Blue was able to survive multiple hits from Arale (who's claim to fame is cracking the earth with a punch) and even tanked getting headbutted all the way from Japan to Egypt.

Dragon Ball Ep 51 - 4:30 - Goku (and Krillin) dodge gatling gun fire multiple times from close range (several more times in the anime. Performing the exact same feat numerous times in the exact same way doesn't really mean much, but in this case it at least proves that it's almost impossible to tag Goku with gunfire).
Massively hypersonic -
Dragon Ball Ep 53 - 12:40 - Goku blitzes General Blue from across the room before he could activate his paralyzing technique. Blue was basically toying around with Krillin in the same scene.

Roshi goes on to explain that Goku (and Krillin) are already at the pinnacle of martial arts skill, and that he has made it his duty to defeat them personally just to make sure that they continue training, as he doesn't believe anybody else is capable of it.

Dragon Ball Ep 27 - 7:43 - Jackie Chun reveals himself to be a master of the Jan-Ken technique, meaning Goku's signature martial arts style is effectively useless. However, Goku is able to modify his Jan-Ken technique to outsmart Jackie by shouting the name of the opposite technique before the attack, tricking Jackie into defending against the wrong move and successfully hitting him (might sound easy, but the act of shouting your technique before doing it really is vital in most shonen martial arts, for whatever reason).
Martial Arts ---- BATTLES
Dragon Ball Ep 21 - 1:50 - Goku plows through the preliminaries of the 21st World Martial Arts Tournament.
Dragon Ball Ep 23 - 15:45 - Goku vs Giran. (Clip above; see Strength ---- LIFTING, skip to 3:04. Giran was able to parry attacks and go hit for hit with Yamcha, so he's not without his own skill)
Dragon Ball Ep 25 - 4:45 - Goku vs Nam.
(FILLER) Dragon Ball Ep 28 - 10:40 - Goku vs Roshi. After an exhaustive battle of power and techniques, Goku and Roshi are both sapped of their strength and have zero ki energy left, forcing them to continue their match in sheer martial arts. The two fight on completely even ground for four hours straight with neither making a single mistake during all that time.
Dragon Ball Ep 34 - 13:40 - Goku vs General Silver. Goku utterly humiliates Silver in martial arts, sidestepping all of his best moves with his back turned without breaking stride, and defeating him with a mere tail whack.
Dragon Ball Ep 36 - 6:35 - Goku beats up a squad of soldiers with ease.
Dragon Ball Ep 37 - 20:10 - Goku easily outfights Ninja Murasaki, a notorious assassin who, despite being a bit of an airhead, has never before been defeated, and then goes so far as to solo all five of the Murasaki brothers simultaneously again with ease.
Dragon Ball Ep 51 - 4:40 - Goku and Krillin together take on the Pirate Robot, the most powerful foe in the series up to this point. It's strength and firepower is immense in comparison to either of the two on their own, but together, with pitch perfect teamwork the duo are able to get the better of the machine, only failing when it's utter immunity to damage becomes clear.
Dragon Ball Ep 53 - 6:00 - Goku vs General Blue. After getting sucker-kicked in the face, Goku recovers and basically dances around everything Blue throws out, then enrages him with only a few hits. In the manga Goku stomps him almost immediately, but the anime puts them on more even ground with some really nice choreography/camera work, so we'll go with that version.
Martial Arts ---- POWER POLE
(FILLER) Dragon Ball Ep 30 - 16:08 Goku throws his Power Pole with pinpoint precision, gliding right past the boy's face and into the boulder ahead without touching him.

Dragon Ball Ep 25 - 12:47 - After witnessing Nam's Cross Arm Dive attack, Goku concocts a strategy to use the Indian's greatest fighting technique against him, manipulating Nam into doing it again during their fight and then striking while he's in midair and vulnerable, winning the match instantly.
Dragon Ball Ep 27 - 7:43 - Jackie Chun reveals himself to be a master of the Jan-Ken technique, meaning Goku's signature martial arts style is effectively useless. However, Goku is able to outsmart Jackie by cleverly shouting the name of the opposite technique before the attack, tricking him into defending against the wrong move and successfully landing a strike.
Dragon Ball Ep 28 - 8:03 - Goku exploits Jackie Chun's lack of energy by maneuvering him into the air with a Kamehameha aimed at his feet, then kicking him outside the ring when he's in midair and unable to dodge. Goku knew that since Jackie had no energy left, he wouldn't be able to fly to safety and therefore he could win by ring-out.
(FILLER) Dragon Ball Ep 30 - 8:55 - After having his belongings stolen in the middle of the jungle, Goku cleverly flies as high as he can to cover the entire forest and calls for his Power Pole to extend, thus revealing it's (and the rest of his belongings) location.

Dragon Ball Ep 40 - 18:10 - Buyon is a creature so soft and flabby that he is effectively immune to blunt force trauma, AKA Goku's only method of offense. In order to defeat him, Goku cleverly comes up with the idea to freeze his body using the cold air outside, and does just that.
Willpower/Endurance
Dragon Ball Ep 25 - 8:45 - Goku wakes up after Nam's Cross Arm Dive, a double pressure point strike to the throat from over 40 feet in the air which is supposed to keep the victim asleep for 10 days straight, almost immediately.
