Origins

Kouichi wanted to become a pro-hero like All Might but due to an incident where he saved a young child (who would later turn out to be Pop Step), Kouichi was unable to get into a hero course and instead was recruited by Knuckleduster into becoming a vigilante; prior to meeting, Kouichi went by Gentle-man (the Gentleman Hero) and used his powers to help others; i.e. clean up trash, help people with regular chores and problems.

Powers & Abilities

Koichi using forced acceleration to fly
Koichi using forced acceleration to fly

Kouichi possesses skills in martial arts related to practical/safe falling, the basics of hand to hand combat taught to him by Knuckleduster as well as his quirk which allows for propulsion on any surface provided he is making three points of contact, i.e. two hands and one foot or two feet and one hand. His power allows him to move with super human speed across the ground, hence one of his super names being The Crawler, he can move forward and backward at the same speed and received tips on improving his technique from the original Ingenium. His powers even allow him to move across walls; he was shown standing between two buildings and making surface contact and was able to glide up the two, this may indicate a certain need for pressure and not adhesion but still allows him to climb surfaces with relative ease. Koichi has shown a limited flight capability, though it's more like mid-air acceleration, his own mother confessed to him being able to do it with ease as a baby but she tried to stop him, so he rarely used it.
