    A preview issue, included with issue #1 of the "StormWatch" relaunch in 1997.

    It advertises a new direction for Gen 13, beginning with issue #25 of this volume.

    In 8 pages it tells the story of John Lynch saving Cristie Blaze from the hands of the Coda, in 1989. The remaining pages are an interview with new writer John Arcudi.
