A special issue focusing on the villains that menace GEN13! Ever since our heroes moved back to New York, they've been ambushed and attacked by mysterious and malevolent super-scum. Now we learn the reasons why, as we spotlight a sad-sack super-villain, who, once humiliated by GEN13, has come looking for revenge. And this time around, he's got some powerful friends backing him up!

Threshold press-gangs Dilemma, Obidiah Olsen and Bedbug into his service. (Besides a brief appearance by Dilemma, this storyline is never picked up again.)

    Fail-Win. 0

Great art despite a crummy villain who sets himself off as a failure on the get go. Delusional on the fantasy of meager powers when he's set to be evicted, has no job, crippled debts and wanted dead or beaten by mob backed loan sharks. The Gen-13 team are clueless to this non-threat one shot foe despite cameos of a few notable Wildstorm villains. ...
