while the Gargoyles are sleeping during the day a lawyer named Toby Crest puts forward a motion demanding to know what Goliath is accused of beyond simply existing, claiming he has rights. Margot Yale calls this preposterous, arguing that since a gargoyle isn't human it doesn't have human rights (which is actually a fair point).
Back at the Eyrei building Brooklyn decides he, Coldfire, and Colstone will rescue Goliath. they break in but Goliath tells them to leave him there.
