I ask because Marvel has had it listed at peak human, but also as being Superhuman. So which one do we follow?
Gambit
Character » Gambit appears in 4687 issues.
A charming master thief and skilled martial artist who became a member of the X-Men, Gambit possesses the mutant ability to change potential energy in inanimate objects into kinetic energy which causes them to explode. His signature move is throwing kinetically-charged playing cards at his opponents.
Is Gambit's agility Superhuman?
I think the official stat is "near superhuman" but his feats clearly put him into the Superhuman range (I believe there are a couple threads for this already)

Yes, it is superhuman. Part of his mutation.
Doesn't his ability to tap (into) energy kind of play into that?

Yes, the kinetic energy his body controls seems to naturally push his agility to superhuman levels.
I'm curious where you guys are getting that his agility is superhuman because of his mutation? Seems like speculation at best.
I do think Gambit's agility is superhuman. He's been able to dance around with Daredevil (who has superhuman agility) in a fight.
@wolverine08: I should clarify myself. I personally think he has "feats" of superhuman agility. Much in the same way Captain America and say, Batman, have "feats" of superhuman achievements. What I'm asking though is in terms of his mutation augmenting his agility to known superhuman levels, was this established in a comic? Does it say this in a handbook? I've read it on websites and Gambit profile sites that are edited by "fans" but I dont recall ever seeing it stated on panel. (not that it couldnt have been)
it says his powers to grant his superhuman agility on his comicvine Bio but i'd never heard that before. and Dardevil's agility (although above any real humans) is only peak human in comics so Gambit matching his speed isn't a superhuman feat. nor was he faster or more agile than Cap in AvX.
@joygirl: Actually I believe that was Jubilee talking about Rogue...
@joygirl: You mean this one? She points out he has "natural agility" that could be anything from Olympic, Enhanced, Peak, or Super. And based off the moves he was showing it didnt look like anything special. Gifted, sure, tricky, yeah, but superhuman? I dont see it in this case. There are other examples though that show him performing moves that would seem to be superhuman, but so does Batman and we know he isnt superhuman.
@joygirl: I'll simply leave it at this. Third paragraph.
"Gambits ability to tap energy also grants him "near" superhuman agility and dexterity."
@god_spawn You're a big Gambit fan, what's his agility level officially listed at?
@wolverine08: What Gambler has been pretty much saying.
@owen_porter: http://marvel.com/universe/Gambit
"Gambit's ability to tap energy also grants him superhuman agility and dexterity, as well as creating a static interference that shields his mind from detection and intrusion by even the most powerful telepaths."

Also, the power grid on MARVEL.COM is more accurate than what you provided. It has Gambit's every part of his stats higher than that.
Easily superhuman feats and not a few but many and on here we go by feats I thought so yes he's superhuman agility plus, gambits quite mysterious In some ways that's why it's debatable as he never goes out right and starts talking about his powers much so this makes me seem to believe he can do more with kinetic energy
@ascended: I dont see how a wiki edited by "fans" and a power grid that doesnt even list agility or dexterity is more accurate then a page straight out of Marvel Handbook (also subject to scrutiny, but less so then fan based opinions). But as a fan you can believe whatever source you want. But if you pay close attention to the scan I posted from said Handbook, under the section titled "Superhuman -Powers" third paragraph, you'll see that whichever fan edited Gambit's page on the Marvel site copied it word for word from the Marvel Handbook and then decided to leave out the part where its clearly states, "Near Superhuman agility and dexterity.
I imagine "near" varies from person to person. But there it is :)
@owen_porter: Can I get the website where you got that thing from? And plus, how do you know that yours isn't edited either?
