While browsing the forums here I came a cross an interesting post about Galactus stating that at full power he could wipeout the entire multiverse if he wanted to. I Know Galactus is very powerful and often not represented as such in the comics, but I don't think he's that powerfull is he? 

I've never seen that stated anywhere. Also, Galactus is almost never at full power. I'm sure he could destroy each universe one by one, but not in one shot. It would probably take him a little time to do. He does have the power to destroy vast sections of space and travel to other dimensions/universes.

He could possibly destroy the universe, though I doubt it. Multiverse? No way.

Galactus may be a universal force, but he can surely be a threat to the universe, multiverse and omniverse.

Universe:

- Guardians of the Galaxy, Protege arc, when they found out what Protege's power was, they said that if he saw Galactus, he would be able to rule the universe and also destroy it. (I have the comic but not the scan)

- Galactus battled ecce, and as a result was destroying the universe, Galactus then created a new universe with his unlimited energy.

Many Universes:

- Galactus was going to be used to destroy the positive-matter universe, as well as the negative zone which is the pathway to infinite universes:

@jigen879: Actually the Ultimate Nullifier is a aspect of Galactus. I believe he stated it to be "as much a part of me as my heart itself." It is his power.
