Flash frequently bullied Peter Parker but was actually Spider-Man's greatest fan. In time, Flash befriended Peter, became a decorated war hero, and eventually joined the Marvel superheroes as a symbiote host, first with Venom and then with Anti-Venom.
When U.S. Marine veteran Frank Castle's family's was murdered for witnessing a mob hit, the man vowed to avenge their deaths and became a one-man army in his personal war against the criminal underworld. Jamie Madrox, also known as Multiple Man, is a mutant with the ability to create duplicates of himself through physical contact. These "dupes" can later be reabsorbed, along with all of their memories and experiences. Best known for his X-Factor history, he recently rejoined the newly reformed X-Corporation.

Spider-Man's "Other" who came into being after his rebirth. She masqueraded as the school nurse at Peter Parker's old high school, and would later try to consume Kaine after sleeping with him in Houston.
Daniel Berkhart briefly posed as Mysterio as part of a larger plot, before taking up the Jack O'Lantern/Mad Jack identity. After Quentin Beck's suicide, Berkhart took up the mantle of Mysterio.
Francis Klum is a teleporting mutant who acquired the Mysterio equipment to seek revenge against Spider-Man.
The Principal of Midtown High School who hired Peter Parker to be the new Science teacher and Flash Thompson as the School Coach. Principal Harrington was tragically killed by the Chameleon.
