British spy Stephanie was inserted in the Norwegian research community in 1941. Her cover identity was biologist Freya Bergen. After proving her credentials as a Nazi sympathizer, she worked in a camp located at the Swiss/Austrian border where the Germans experimented on their prisoners of war to create Ubermensch warriors. Called Projekt U (for Ubermensch), the result of these experiments were taken back to England when Stephanie decided she had enough data. She reported back to Winston Churchill and started her own program of creating enhanced humans. Their program produced several enhanced humans they called HMH (Her Majesty's Humans). Among them was Patrick O'Connor, the Colossus. Most if not all died trying to stop Sieglinde in Paris. Stephanie then tried to improve the serum by giving the subjects their enhanced strength, but no access to the disruption ball, which gives them energy.
