    The Freak Chip was created by Millennium's Doctor. After years of hiding in Brazil, they finally got the chips to work. The chips empower the user to become like vampires - they never tire and have amazing stamina, in some cases they can revert the aging process, and they give the user special talents or heighten talents they already have. The chip has been used to create the last battalion that stormed London and fought the last of the Catholic Church's armies. It was also used at full power on Walter C. Dornez, reverting him back to a younger age and giving him the power to go toe to toe with Alucard.
