Beautiful Ugly Poetry 0

So, if you look at that cover you can see that we once again have Wayne Faucher on inks. He certainly brings a different style than Ponticelli doing his own inks, but a welcome one; and certainly better than what Walden Wong did. The colors are brighter in a way that really works, and the empty space has a nice energy to it.The beginning of this issue is a little rushed, and the end is a bit confusing, but those are honestly the only problems. Like, Frankenstein hears the rumors of 'Satan's Ring...

THE GOOD: I'm loving the art in this issue. Alberto Ponticelli has cleaned up his style and in this issue he draws an amazing city and there is tons of fluid action in this issue. The characters also show a lot of emotion in the drawings. I also really like how the paneling is in this issue. I love the story in this issue. It is a lot of fun and there is a lot of humor in this issue. I really like how they are this team that have to follow this person. I think that this story arch is going to be...

A very fun book 0

I've been loving everything Jeff Lemire has done with Frankenstein and S.H.A.D.E. since the very beginning, and so I went into reading this issue with a bit of trepidation because of the creative change. However, I was pleasantly surprised after reading, as Matt Kindt does an awesome job of keeping the book crazy, weird and so much fun. Lemire did this so well for 9 issues, so much so that Frankenstein, Agent of S.H.A.D.E. has become one of my favorite books to read every month, and to know that...
