Who are the most popular three.

I'm curious to know whelther Cyclops, Wolverine and Storm are the most popular X-Men. According to the fans, not Marvel. I would like you guys to list your top 3 X-Men of all time, you can explain why if you want to and post pictures if you want.

My top three X-Men are :

1) Wolverine

2) Rogue

3) Jean Grey

If you're talking about actual popularity Its easily Wolverine, Storm and Cyclops

If you mean favorites mine are Iceman, Angel and Beast

I think if people list there top three X-Men of all time. If Cyclops, Wolverine and Storm are not in everyone top three. Then they may not be the most popular X-Men, that could be want Marvel wants fans to think.

Favorites are: Storm, Dazzler and Psylocke.

Most popular are: Emma Frost/Storm (for obvious reasons), Cyclops and Wolverine. Obviously.

Why are they are the most popular, Wolverine sells comics, why is Cyclops and Storm most popular.

I think according to fan favorites it may be different. Out of five people so far, only 2 people included Cyclops and Wolverine on there list.

@time: well, I think that even if someone doesn't have them among their favourites, there are plenty people who do. Storm's fans are a lot of people on the vine lol and the same can be said for Wolverine's. After AvX it looks like Scott's popularity has grown, too. Anyway, they're not just the most popularcharacter among comic readers, they're the most known also among who doesn't read comics.

You can't really form a consensus of popularity within a single website or as many websites.

My top 3:

In that order, maybe a tie with Kurt and Piotr.

I always struggle picking favourites but:

You have to remember though that internet chat is not the be all and end all of fan opinion.

I actually think the fan favorites are Cyclops, Wolverine and Nightcrawler. Those aren't my top 3, but honestly, at least one or two of these seem to be the X-Men almost every fan I talk to have in their list of favorites.

3) Monet St. Croix/M

yeah, personally I couldn't whittle it down any less than four..

In terms of popularity, I think we can safely assume Scott, Logan and Ororo are all up there with Henry, Kitty and Bobby being up there was well.

My favorites are jean grey iceman kitty as for popularity I would say wolverine cyclops and storm and also he's not and x man but magneto is well known to

Those 3 aren't my favorite. I just think those 3 embody 'The X-men'. Every animated series has all 3 of them in it.

1. Wolverine - He's the quintessential X-Man. If it wasn't for his popularity, I hardly doubt the 90s Animated Series would have been so successful.
2. Psylocke - Redefined what it meant to be a female badass. Under Remender's guidance, she's really turned into a force of her own.
3. Jean Greay - Let's face it, one doesn't have to be liked to be famous. Jean Greay is immensely popular for all the wrong reasons.

Love your choices. Only Rogue would be my second choice instead of Psylocke.
