Can't believe Glob has been mentioned many times on this forum. I gotta check about him more. Perhaps there's something about him that make writers write about him.

Yes but at least it shows that Magneto can still be hurt by a lightning.

@mcklayn: @pyrofn: Lol actually the writers did an interview where they said that the reason they like Glob is because nobody likes him. And how that somehow made him more interesting then other background character...."shrug".

sort of, i still think Fantomex was more of a temper tantrum. Morrison wanted to use Gambit, but Claremont already had him in Extreme so morrison is like

"FINE ILL MAKE SOME ONE BETTER!" and there you have fantomex, then writers afterwards if carey or whoever had Gambit they picked him up then well stuff happened but at least hes gone now

Really? Wow, they shouldn't say that.

@mcklayn: Lol but think about how hes gone. By switching his mind with a better character. So in effect....we now like Fantomex. They mind screwed us.

@koays: Difference being there are some oddballs that like Fantomex enough to speak about it. Glob supporters are either non-existent or dead silent. (Save of course for writers because they have all the power to do whatever they want with the characters)

@koays: @pyrofn: Just want to point out that they have to give him a better person that Young Professor X for me to be fooled into liking Fantomex! And Pyro is right, i have seen a few odd balls say they like Fauxgambit, still yet to find one person say they enjoy Glob

@mcklayn: Point them out. You know the Illuminati's position on this. If you like Fantomex so much then get on line behind him when we start the lynching.

Maybe we should go by Hellfire Club? Arent they basically the Mutant equal to the Illuminati?

@mcklayn: Well whatever we go by we should just keep calling ourselves the illuminati. That way no matter how pretentious we are they have to think were the good guys.

@mcklayn: Fine. Take your shirt off and put this thong on. I'll be Xavier. I'll need a pair of clippers and a window to jump out of leg first.

Where the last issue left me pretty disappointed, this one is a fun read and the art is much better.

So...does the entire AoA reality exist in Legion's head or is it just a psionic reconstruction of what he remembers about it? It must be the entire reality somehow since the kids' physical forms were transported there as well.

I really enjoyed watching Kitty squirm as Apocalypse agreed with her assertions about handling the situation where the rest of the team more or less sided with Bishop to save the kids.

Ps, I heart Betsy's new sword and shield.

@thunderscream: 1) Psi Con (Abbreviated answer to keep spoilers away from everyone else)

2) I enjoyed Jeans one-on-one. Either we have to bump him down on the villain tier list or raise Jean on the power scale. Hah!

What if Glob betrays the X-Men, joining X-Legion so he can get his pants back in the AoA?

@pyrofn: @thunderscream: Remember one of Legion's most basic powers is to pull people into his head.

And Apocalypse stays where hes at since X-Men Black has him saying how it's been so long since hes been as powerful as he is now. Jean gets a slight bump though since she basically solo'd him with both her powers....though she has always had a good track record with him.
