Does Cyclops look better with protection or without protection?

So does Cyclops look better without the condom head or with the condom head in regards to his costumes in general?

Without. That costume in general looks like a wet suit.

With.

Seriously though, the hood makes him look more like a distinct superhero, without it he just looks like he'd be "visor man".

With....unless the costume is shit or he's having a strategy session off the field the visor feels out of place.

His best costumes have it. So with it.

Without, though I do think he has a couple really good costumes with it.

I prefer without, you can see his facial expressions a bit more and I like to see his brown hair. It makes him more relatable imo (look wise) but I do agree some of his best costumes have the hood.

If they made it a bit more sleek, with some light armour plating, and made the red accents blue instead, it'd be a pretty great standard costume IMO.

Seriously, though. I think he generally looks better with the hood if they're going for costumes. Just the visor looks good with some uniforms.

The cowl makes him look like a dildo with arms. Just because he was called a dick in the first X-Men movie doesn't mean he has to look like one.

I'm in the Without Condom Head camp in general in regards to superhero costumes in general, and Scott is not one of the exceptions. Somebody else has mentioned that with the hair exposed he just looks like "visor guy", but for me it's the exact opposite, with the hair covered he looks even more just like visor guy. I also have the same opinion regarding Havok's costumes. Must run in the family.
