Did rachel and nate(x-man) ever interact?

Can't seem to recall any interaction between the 2 of them. Did they ever officially meet or interact?

Good question, how exactly are these two related tho? Rachel is Jean/Scotts son from alternate future, where as cable is Madeline/Scotts son. So would you say they are half sister/brother or no relation as its an alternate reality/future.

She has called cable her brother before...so I don't see how this is any different. savage dragon pulled this sh*t all the time gets confusing

@rodwell: Their siblings. ..Scott claims Rachel as his and Jeans and according to the panel when X-man came to Utopia Scott feels a responsibility for Nate as well.

Really until they meet we don't know how they'll react to eachother but generally the Scott/Jean kids view eachother as family

It's a long-ass story. I'd recommend you to check the CBR forums for it. Some people there are so obsessed with the Cyclops Hate to the point where they've done a kind of thesis on scientifically proving that Rachel is Logan's daughter lol.
