'The Flash' One Week Trailer Debuts and Someone Else is Wearing a Familiar Outfit

Warning: The images in the trailer for the show may or may not spoil something for the upcoming season.

CW released a new trailer for The Flash and it's a quick piece that shows the cast having a bunch of fun, but it also shows off someone that isn't Ronnie Raymond wearing Ronnie's Firestorm emblem/technology that keeps him from exploding. Check it out for yourself.

The person in question is actor Franz Drameh who was cast as Jay Jackson for the show, back in April. Is he the new Firestorm? The Flash comes back to CW on Tuesday, October 6 on the CW.

I wonder how Blackfirestorm get power, because, as far as i remember, Firestorm get in the same incident as Flash and others.

Jay Jackson will probably be Cyborg. Wasn't he the guy who was supposed to be "Former high-school football player injured now automechanic"? Screams Cyborg.

I didn't expect a new Firestorm this season.

This was actually confirmed a few months ago on FirestormFan. As this site's designated Firestorm Fanboy, I'm kinda disappointed because after so many years not only did we finally get to see Ronnie together with Dr. Stein again, but it was on screen. However I get why they had to do this, and while I'm not as big a fan of Jason, I do like him so it's not the worst thing to happen.

Wait, Jay Jackson? Is that a casting pseudonym to throw people off the scent? Because Jason Rusch was totally already established in this universe. I get that actors come and go, but if they are switching up Firestorm, it better not be some rando.
