Need help finding a comic

Can anyone tell me where the Superman post crisis on infinite earths starts? I've already read the 1986 mini series Man of Steel which is where it actually starts, but I mean where does it start in the main Superman series? Like how Batman starts post crisis in Batman # 404 in his main series. It would save me alot of missed sleep to be able to find it. Please help me out.

Adventures of Superman #424 and Superman #1 (vol. 2) seem to pick up after Man of Steel 1986.

@nightwing3605: for Hal Jordan it's 199, which becomes Green Lantern Corps #201 two issues later, though since GL wasn't rebooted by the Crisis, it's pretty much the exact same continuity as in #197 or before.
