Darkseid or Doomsday?

I feel that Darkseid is a bigger threat overall due to his intelligence and resources.

Well, Doomsday has managed to kill Superman, while Darkseid has failed on each occasion. Also, at one point, Doomsday was even able to beat Darkseid in a fight (even shrugging off the omega beams) during the Hunter/Prey storyline.

Darkseid, even though he should be a New Gods villain, not a Superman villain.

@ironbart: You are wrong. THR WRITER stated that he was the real Darkseid and IIRC even in the book was stated that he was the real Darkseid

Doomsday or Darkseid, really? I haven't heard topics like this since the last time I was at a playground. And I ended up getting arrested.

Darkseid may seem more intimidating, but Doomsday killed Superman. I give this one to him.

The jury is out on if Superman died fighting Doomsday or if he was simply in a Healing Coma.

Even so, at best, Doomsday will push Clark to his absolute limits. He may even get the KO.

Darkseid has been harvesting and killing Supermen across the mulitiverse. He is a foe to everyone.

Actually, he didn't shrug them off, he died but came back stronger as he always does.

That being said Doomsday is still a bigger threat to Superman. Because, deep down, he hates him. He wants Superman dead.

On the other hand in the book of Darkseid Superman is an irrelevant character. Yes he came a couple of times to mess up his plans, but has no real personal value to Darkseid. If Supes stayed out of Darkseid's way he would never even be in danger of Darkseid (until DS conquers the universe, but you know that's a different story)

Doomsday is a greater threat to Superman personally due to the mutual hatred and enmity both have for each other and Doomsday targets Superman personally. Plus he's a greater physical threat compared to Darkseid who tends to focus on more means to get what he wants than just destruction along with being a more intellectual and resourceful kind of evil.

Superman himself thought he was in a healing coma, but that doesn't appear to truly be the case...

Darkeid is far more dangerous. He has resources and he's a tank.

He has nearly as much physical prowress as the rest, but the key factor which makes him far more dangerous is his incredicle sharp mind and highly advanced resources.

Depends on what you mean by "more dangerous" and to whom. Doomsday is easily more dangerous to Kryptonians and anything that crosses his path. But he really only kills because he feels threatened.

darkseid since superman can just bfr doomsday every time they fight if he really felt like it. doomsday has no defense to being punched into orbit with one punch.
