Probably not. I was also fiddling with the idea of giving this book a 1 star rating. Real talk though, this book was great. I honestly didn't think there was any way that Pak could beat Bizarro Shorts.... but he did. Only complaint was that it was too short. And this has to be the best art by Kuder so far on this series. The dude who's working on the mini series is going to have to step his game up.
The story was nothing we haven't seen before and the change in direction in the middle of the book was weird, in a bad way. As a one shot story, I felt the story should be more focused than all over the place.

The insanity in this book was pretty great. I like how Aquazarro fought with a Narwhal. And I did not see the Doomzarro twist, it was pretty awesome sauce.

I disagree. When it comes to Bizarro world, we shouldn't know what to expect. Superman being completely lost in this world was hilarious to me. SO crazy s**t happening over and over again just makes sense (irony) to me.
I feel like SaintWildcard is in an uphill battle when it comes to Pak. I really like Pak's superman work and I hope he stays on for a while. I'm looking forward to reading this.

The bizarro world worked the same in any iteration of it. And since the multiverse remained pretty much the same, see Multiversity, then the rushed execution doesn't get an excuse.

I like good storytelling. The book being for all ages doesn't get excused with "its funny so it doesn't have to be good". My inner child agrees with me. Because my inner child still praises, Asterix, Lucky Luke, Disney comics, Bone and a more similar example, Thunderworld. And I still collect, love and admire all of them to this day.
