Not a good streak. But anyways, I'll be studying, slacking, and general being, sometimes around here.

@kratesis: I haven't the money to purchase! T_T So I decided I'd just try and maximize my time and gain out of it all, and I'll do stuff with time normally spent sleeping.

@arquitenens: Do you actually know why you have insom? ...You know...A lot of people have it and it is stressed related..No BS, try meditation. I know a few people and it worked.
@pyrogram: I don't know, no I don't. I usually just try drugs and stuff, and that works while it lasts (some better than others). Ambient music stuff has not helped me in the past.
@arquitenens: Drugs are not a solution in my view, your body is telling you something is wrong, stop the drugs and find out WHAT is wrong, you will only be making it worse using the drugs and not finding a "cure" so to say...Insom is in most cases, a mental thing, something in your life is stopping you sleeping. Find it, squish it, sleep.

@arquitenens: Well you are, but in the medical sense. Trust me, Drugs are not a cure, they only cover things up, 20+ years from now when you are still suffering from this, you will not thank the drugs.
@kratesis: Yeah I understand, but the time you spend on the Vine could be spent meditating if you are THAT desperate....If not, you are not desperate at all to sleep.
@pyrogram: Could be said, but also it's the most ready solution for me. I've tried music and serenity and stuff, and it's not gone as planned.
@pyrogram: Let me ask you though, why meditate to sleep? It MIGHT work. But I KNOW Nyquil would work and so would several other sleep aids.
So at the end of the day I'd spend a lot more of my time on a chance of success when I could spend a lot less time on a certainty of success. It isn't logical for me to swap to meditation.
That would be like quitting my job to gamble in Vegas. I MIGHT make money gambling, but I WILL make money working. See what I mean?

@kratesis: You are correct, 100% correct, but when you have been taking it for 20+ years, ruining your hormone/nervous system, you will be like, why did I do this to myself?
@pyrogram: Alright, now correct me if I'm wrong but you're argument is that sleep aids will mess up my hormones and ruin my nervous system?
Do you have any evidence of that? Because if that's true I think its something the FDA should know about, and people in general should be aware of. A ruined nervous system would be pretty terrible I would think.
