What is your Characters: Code of Ethics?

I follow the strict ideal that no one has the right to take the life of another. No one is entitled to decide the value of one human life over another. I've seen death, and it's a horrible thing. Hate, anger and revenge are easy. They make the issue of lethal force an easy line to cross, and they are very, very dangerous. I don't believe in just murder or capitol punishment. I believe that peace can be achieved if we are all willing to put aside our prejudices, our egos, and our revenge.

Not realistic? Sue me.

Even ones that are demonstrably as intelligent as humans? What about undead beings like Liches and Mummies?

Vrakmul's code of ethics can be summed up in one video.

Just replace any references to Chaos or Khorne with the Icon and the reference to the Emperor with morals.

Vrakmul is *nuts* in the worst way, or maybe he's actually the sanest around? Needless to say, with his views on things and his vast resources and personal power, he's a good contender for the big bad of the entire setting.

Fun fact: Vrakmul also sounds exactly like Azariah Kyras.

Cain really has the only belief that hedonism is generally a great philosophy as long as one doesn't intentionally do it for evil (I.E. Villains.)

He does what he needs to do to get food on the table, Or to push tyrants out of power.

Hedonism, self-preservation. There was a brief lapse, but she's trying to get back in the swing of things.

1. Don't make friends. Friends weigh you down. Friends can be used against you. No friends.
2. Stay on the right end of the sword, don't enter a huge conflict if you don't have to.
3. Don't be happy ;don't appeal to your own material needs or desires.
4. Stay neutral, don't fall on the other sides of the moral standard. Stay in the gray.
   

1. Nothing is right, nothing is wrong ethics is a man made concept
2. What others feel stays with them I exist to execute directives
3. I move at my own pace regardless of what others think
4. I am made to learn, I hunger to learn, what I learn will not necessarily be an ethical thing

Help people out, don't do dirty things. Desperate times, anything goes.

If it's in his way, he will kill it and like it.

• Always carry a weapon, a backup weapon, and maybe a backup to that backup.
• As a rule, don't trust anyone unless they've proven themselves.
• Respect is to be earned, not demanded.
• Kill only as a last resort, and only if it means saving lives. Even then, do everything you can to avoid it. It's not your right by any means, but when the cards are down and saving one life means letting hundreds die, do what you have to do.
• Caffeine is thy god. Worship him.
• Work 'till you drop, only stop for caffeine (and toilet) breaks and the occasional stop by the bar.
• Don't talk about your feelings. No one wants to hear about those.
• Swallowing it down until you have a breakdown is perfectly acceptable.
• Never surrender, never back down, never give up. There's always a way.

• The consequences of an act determine the moral value of the act.
• As a human goddess it is only logical to put humans first. Therefore she does.
• Non-human life does not have intrinsic value. Value derives only from its effect on human life.
• There is nothing that is valuable in and of itself. No belief, no religion, no person, no thought. Value stems from effect on the world alone.
• Ideas are not exempt. Every concept is to be judged according to its fruits alone. This includes religion.
• If a person, idea, concept, or any other thing produces a negative effect on the human race its wrong to -not- kill it.
• Everything and everyone is expendable. Even her children.

• Anything and anyone that exhausts its use is valueless

Cameron currently has four rules

Treat somebody like how you would want to be treated

An eye for an eye

Family comes first

Stay neutral stay safe.

He's only broken these rules once or twice in the time he's made them...

• No stealing from people who don't deserve it, Or can be really affected by the loss (I.E. No Matter how much you shoplift from Wal-Mart it will never affect the amount of money the business has in the long run, But it's a different story if it's some independent ma and pa store.)
• No Killing any children under the age of 13
• No Killing anyone who is innocent (However he believes that if whomever he is being hired to kill looks innocent, If the person paying him is willing to find Cain and pay him such a high price, That guy screwed SOMETHING Up)
• It's not rape if she likes it Don't sleep with the women of men who can kick his ass
• Be weary of anyone who you don't know is a friend

• Genocide, in the majority of situations, is never an option.
• Never lie. In need of secrecy, silence is an aid.
• Mortality isn't defined by how long you live your life. If your name is forever known, either in fame or infamy, you will be immortal.
• There is no such thing as artificial life, and the idea of trying to create it is disgusting.

• Civilians: Avoid hurting them, if one or shot in cross fire or dies Ash would be annoyed
• Hostiles: Will take pleasure in killing them as if it was an art (which he thinks it is)
• Hostages: If a hostage is expendable, he will not hesitate to shoot instantly
• Genocide: Has done it on multiple occasions without even blinking or showing any remorse
• The supernatural: Often freaks out before killing it as if it was just a pest problem
• Robots and artificial life: Ash has no sympathy for something that isn't alive
• Animals: Will kill any if need be
• Lying: Will lie through his teeth like a poker face, all of the time
• Cheating: All that matters is being alive at the end, so cheating works in his books
• Mercy: None
