Then Ashley would fail because if she stepped out of line, the DSA would give her the boot. Sarah won't tolerate almost villainous people in her organization. Not while she's the Director. ^_^

I can picture him as some sort of High Cardinal Assassin of a sort.

Instead of having a faction of Cardinals like Zeon, Isis, Ziccarra and such, he would have a small group of Cardinal Assassins, not just warriors. But not like the group Isis has running around hunting down rouge cardinals. More like, hunting down the people who betrayed the family. Business or personal, didn't matter, Cassius took care of them. Either killing them or making an example of them through other means.

While Zeon's Cardinals were known as "the sword of the family" I feel like Cassius would be "The Hidden Dagger of the family".

I can picture him also starting off as human, much like Zeon. No powers in the beginning but skillful and deadly without any.

He would have been one of the one's who completed "The Pit" trials, and would have been a choice to become Patriarch of the family, but would refuse it, because he's not about the political aspect of the family. I can see that he would be protective of the family, but not as intensely as Zeon but I could have pictured the two work together at times (before Zeon went insane). His abilities he would have gotten from The Pit (as all Liafador's get powers afterwards) I'm not sure... we'll leave that up to you :P

Yes they did. Briefly. They fought at a castle and he tried to kill her, but she grabbed him, spun him around really fast and threw him on the ground before flying away. Cassius spent a bit of time throwing up as I recall. ^_^

I see them having a relationship in which that fight is constantly referenced. "How, did you feel when you first met?", "sick, I felt sick." a constant but loving mockery of each other. Cass saying he could of took her even though she would clearly vaporize him. I see their relationship bringing the best outta Cassius making him less violent perhaps even hanging up the guns. Acting as a recon support for her as Keira could get far more done than he ever could. If they had any children Cassius would stay at home with kids much to the amusement of his surviving family perhaps channel his energies into something creative. More than likely something like wood work or smithing as he would need something to be tangible and useful after the effort.

I forgot who it was, but someone wanted me to turn Shieldmaiden (Angeni) evil, so what if that happened instead of me staying permanently in the heroes lane?

Depending on how things unfolded Zeon would either be leading a resistance against Catalina or be serving as her right hand if Catalina allowed it.
