The Vine is rife with boring ahem, Omega level characters,powers-wise. execution though.....

for me i would say avoid me at all cost

First off there seems to be alot of Omega level threat characters on the vine lolz

does anyone mind sharing the names of the different ranks and how they are described as?

Since what appears to be common for Omega-level mutants in the Marvel Universe, manipulating individual molecules, I'd say I'm an Omega, more or less.

Though on topic, I always see 'omega level' as befitting a character that can shape reality in some way shape or form.

I can see Ptero achieving about the same potential as Magneto or Charles with time and training, but it will be something to achieve or aim for.

I notice a trend on this board that people either go for broke or nothing, and leave little to achieve. That is why I made Ptero have flaws and a lack of practice / knowledge of his powers. At his peak he might get to be as powerful as Magneto.

Otherwise I would have put an 'I win' picture on his page.

And probably a picture of Goku, or some other ludicrously overpowered character.

I'd say White Phantom is about Omega Level, there's still power he hasn't tapped into, trust me.

In order to give a good rating on certain people, we need the list of power levels so we can do this properly.

Here's my Rating system....

A- Omega Level Threat: Danger to the Nation and possibly World.

B- Level 2: State Threat

C- Level 3: City wide threat

D- Common thug or Bank Robber, Not a threat to anybody but a jewl store.

F- No Threat (Could'nt hurt a toaster)

I want to say I'm a B or C due to my good looks and intelligence :P

You're more of a D/C. You're a border. I'm more of an A. But then again I keep up with whoever I'm fighting. I don't want to kill people with one punch.

ok what level is wolverine and night crawler. i really think that nobody really knows what any of the levels mean ML's just doesnt seem right

The way I see it, from the most powerful to the weakest, it goes:

Omega > Alpha > Beta > Delta?

In the Marvel universe, Omega-level mutants are those with the greatest nearly limitless (though hazy) potential, Alpha are strong power-wise but not quite Omegas (they have limits), Betas usually have only physical mutations (I think?), etc.

So an Omega-level threat would be a worldly threat, power-wise, Alpha being one notch under and so on until we reach Deltas, the least (if at all) threatening.

Of course I'm absolutely not sure about this whole thing, but at least I tried. =)

Im not even gonna dare say Omega, because im tired of seein everyone else sayin the same, but realistically I'd say Im probably an Alpha level as time progresses and my character learns more about his past and his ancestry to the light realm god (I know sounds clich'e or however you spell that damn word) Maybe he might unlock an Omega level potential, but I jus honestly see Omega levels as a bunch of god moders.

I guess I'm a upper Beta lower Alpha? lol

I suppose I would be an Omega for a few of my characters. My current one is a alpha at the moment.
