The Universal Council (Cosmic Team Invitation)

Universe is expands across itself for trillions of years, traversing it without hyperspace travel would take long over any lifetime. In the confines of the ever-expanding universe is life. Those who carry on with their short lives and die, though there are a kind that don't. Those kind live far beyond that motto, they possess the harnessed power of the infinite universe in their power. They are the overlords of galaxies, and to this point that has not been recognized individually.

Those blessed with cosmic power are those with undeniable power. In systems with interplanetary communications, The Universal Council will take under their rule. With the race united into a system, harmony is achieved in the galaxy allowing it to expand further into the void, with one demand from cosmics everywhere. To achieve this harmony, those who are deemed to be cosmic must join the council. If this cosmic denies entry, they will be hunted down and wiped from the very plane of existence.

Basically if you have a cosmic character in mind or have made one, you can put them in here.

Right now the group is only accepting those who have performed travel from one galaxy to another, destroyed/has the capability to wipe out a planet.

The Council Rules in two parties; Alpha Peace, or Dominant Rule. The Alpha Peace party works to achieve universal structure. Connecting routes, ending racism, lifting communication. While the latter, Dominant Rule focuses on keeping each galaxy independent but leashed to the council, taking any planet with intelligent life by putting the barely sentient to slave labor, and the highly intelligent to prestigious work in politics or business.

If this gets dished out, I'll set up a Team Location.

@ownagepants: Pretty much. That's re bare minimum of cosmic right now.

I can offer you @the_founder (or was the account @_the_founder_ ?), @lord_high_protector (the bio details are heinously outdated, I'll need to fix them soon), the Entity mentioned in @guardian_of_gravity 's Bio, @high_queen_maria and maybe some others.

Not sure if the Primalborns would be asked to join since they're well...Children, John is for example, legally under the charge of Maria and the Imperium, Jade is under the Entity (though it has no concept of legality), Rose under the Jiracho, Dave under the Founder.

@the_lifeshaper and @the_nova_cryptus are both currently under self imposed exile out of the universe along with a fair portion of the surviving Masari. @the_prime_cryptus is currently still trapped under a masari transduction barrier and further trapped in a special prison and has been for the past hundred thousand years.

Vrakmul is tied to the Antedeluvians and has plans that would run counter to the council anyway.

@xaraghoul_the_ravager is kind of iffy.

@the_thoughtsin_malpsyche is a definite no-no as it's out to infect the entire universe.

@girik_ordovar is a probable joiner as the leader of the Hierarchy secessionists.

@grand_overseer_mu is another no as he's out to wipe out all human like life in the universe via using the Masari MARATHON rings.

@orlok_tharidizun_the_destroyer Is a big god damn no.

To be fair though, Vrakmul hasn't even revealed his existence to this universe yet. As far as anyone knows the Black Hand's leadership is just a lot of question marks.

Warsman, the Xelu'tari, the Infernal Phalanx, and any other associative party up to and including the Eight Gods of Ancient Chaos would not be a suitable fit for this council.

They would be concerned with draining any planet they come into contact with of resources, life, and destroying it shortly afterwards.

It would be like putting a grenade in with a box of garage tools.
