Ashley walked through the medical ward of the 'K-avern', no doubt a name that her brother spent hours coming up with. The misplaced Knightfall still didn't completely understand how her brother had time to find and rebuild this underground facilities. It must have been while she was away trying to find a way back home with Cassius, Andres and Mercy. But even though The Knightfall Saint was working vigorously to find a way back to their reality, deep down she knew her brother had already made plans to stay in this world, and it pained her. Was he not concern about their family back home? The thousands of people left on Earth that depended on the both of them? Where they suppose to just... forget?

"Excuse me Doctor Knightfall." Ash's mind was quickly brought back to reality as a man wearing blue medical scrubs stood before her. "Sorry, I just wanted to introduce myself," The stubble on his face, natural grease in his brown hair, darken bags under his hazel eyes and slight slouch in his stand suggested that he didn't have much rest recently. "I'm Samuel Dinsmoor, your medical laboratory technician." The man gave a small smile, reaching his hand out for a shake that Ashley met with a firm grasp.

"It's nice to meet you Samuel, and please, just call me Ashley." She had never actually liked being called a 'doctor', and always made the staff of wherever she worked, simply call her Ashley.

"Oh, well, Ashley, would like a tour of the facilities? You're brother spent hours down here making sure it would meet your standards."

The medical physician couldn't help but give a small chuckle. Standards, the only person who had high standards were Quintus. But she gave a soft nod, she could only imagine the smallest details Qutinus made sure to put into this medical ward. "I would appreciate a tour, thank you Samuel."

Eagerly, Samuel began leading the way, talking about every piece of equipment in the medical ward. Going into great detail of every object from the tile on the flooring to the medical beds to the light bulbs chosen. But Ashley was visibly not paying attention. Not meaning to, but her mind was just racing at a million miles an hour. Was this going to be her life? This world going to be her new home? Were the Knightfall twins now destined to fight another war?

After thanking Samuel for the tour she began to roam around the facility, her eyes catching a glimpse of her uncle waving to her. Ashley forced a smile on her face as she walked over to his general direction. "It's very... Quintus." She admitted giving a nod with her head as her eyes roamed around.

"Uncle..." she began, her attention fixating on her life long mentor. "when you left home, what state was it in? How... was everyone?" Unlike Quintus and Ashley, Orpheus got here by the power of his sheer will wanting to find his family. He had a choice to come here, she didn't. "Have you tried to attempt to go back since you got here?"

“Fine?” Ashley blinked at the severely simple answer her uncle gave her about their endangered world. “Our definitions of fine must be very different.” She mumbled to herself, irked at the answer that was given to her. It felt like everyone was taking this situation so lightly. Like everyone just accepted that they were going to be stuck here, unable to get home without even trying. It frustrated the Knightfall Saint to no end. She couldn’t sleep, she wasn’t eating, she was having a hard time focusing on simple tasks. Her home world was barely hanging on by a thread when they were ripped away. Was she expected to just forget about everything? Everyone back home? The lives that they were trying to protect?

“I’m assuming he’s doing what he did back home.” The blonde healer spoke in a slightly harsher tone. “Gather people who share vision and have the same passion as him to better the world, or in this case, Gothic City.” Ash spoke in a very ‘matter of fact’ tone. “I don’t know if I can do this all over again Orpheus.”

Her body was stiff as he went in for a hug, his arms wrapping around the younger Knightfall as she slowly and gently returned it back, placing her head on his shoulder and closing her eyes tightly. Trying to just… forget her anxiety that had been building up inside her since their arrival to this world. To try and forget about the faces that were burned in her mind from their home reality. To try and forget that they were stranded in a world they didn’t belong in. But as quickly as the embrace came, she pulled away, turning her back to her lifelong mentor and began walking deeper into the facilities alone.

For the first time in a long time, she felt utterly lost. Orpheus words didn’t comfort her, in fact, they did the opposite. She felt more anxious than ever as she could feel the tightness grow in her chest. She had to get a hold of Andres and hope that he contacted Leo Pettis.

Pure Ashley. All she wants to do is go home.....but whats she going to do once she finds out Reality-M has been destroyed :O

A bright explosion of violent blue light followed by the crackle of arcing electrical charges lit up the air. A small metallic echo followed as a tiny metal shard fell to the floor. A micro drive from some unknown place somehow managing to tear through space and time falling back once more to solid ground.

Given the location days prior Benji slowly moves closer to the grand doors that lead into something new. Something that could very well change the world, but Gen knew all too well how easily it could fall. Muttering silently "Tiz a Knightfall in charge, always means someones bound to die or get bored with the whole thing entirely."Gen chuckling to himself and his poke at the heritage of the illustrious Knightfall Family.

Benji ignores Gen as he pushes through the door, his big brown eyes widen as the scope of such a place really hits him. He had done his studies of the Knightfall's, well what was given to the public's knowledge. Even his superior skills in hacking could not reveal everything about the lineage. But what truly amazed him was the invitation and recruitment of him that intrigued him the most. Did they simply stumble upon him, or was it intentional. Had they been following him, and somehow found out about his merger with Gen?

He waited for the man of the hour, the Dark Knight himself...Quintus.

Gently wiping away the exercise induced beads of sweat before extending his hand, Quintus Knightfall greeted the latest recruit to the Underground. A carefully crafted team of would be crime fighters who specialized in urban warfare through acrobatic and guerrilla tactics. "Thank you for coming. I'm sure this all must be a little overwhelming but I assure you, your nerves will settle once you gain your footing."Calm, poised, and gracious, the Dark Arashikge escorted the new arrival throughout the secretive layer. "I'm sure you must have questions. I'll do my best to answer them."

A shirtless shoeless Quintus made his way into the center of the K-avern, holding a lengthy piece of black fabric. "Computer, run Orochi siege. Stage 7." his command instantly instituting a holographic simulation designed to sharping his skills and focus. As well as preemptively studying the potential vulnerabilities and limitations, should his war on crime one day lead him into a direct confrontation with the Shogun's vaunted elite.

Placing the fabric across his eyes completely shielding his vision, the Noir Rose took up defensive posture and waited.

1 hour 42 seconds later: <Simulation Complete>

With a towel wrapped around the back of his neck and shoulders, the Dark Arashikge sat with analytical determination while replaying the session. Studying each and every muscular twitch and tell. His photographic reflexes and mirror misdirect were a showcase of galactic martial prowess, but they were not impenetrable nor impassable. Only through his own meticulous critiques would they evolve even further beyond the condensed confines of normal human artistry. The literal Living Weapon had no falsified anchors in terms of physical combat. Techniques were ever changing. Styles were contentiously amalgamated and shaved down for a more purified form. Discarded techniques, though impressive by any standard, were better served in his teaching of future Gothic knights. Ashely in-particular. The Knightfall Saint had become too attached to the idea of returning home. At least in the mind of her older brother. His fear was that she had all but forfeited her training in sake of seeking out those who could return them home. Quintus however had run the numbers in his head a thousand times. Forwards and backwards. A firm and unshakable resolve had lead him to believe that their world, the universe, had been destroyed.

He hadnt the heart to tell her. Until now. Pressing a small red button on the side of his computer stand he sighed. "Ashely, could you meet me in the K-avern. We need to talk....."

“So then I said, ‘Well if the persons potassium is 9.5 then he’s going to give his heart a cramp instead of his legs!’” Samuel let out a chuckle, as if amused with his own joke.

Ashley continued to stare into the computer screen, inputting information as she gave a small half smile. “People and webMD, I swear it’s going to get someone actually killed one day.” She had been sitting in front of the monitor all day, creating medical files for everyone that has been making their way into the K-avern and joining Quintus mission.

This was her way of keeping herself busy, to keep her mind from focusing on the real issue that had been eating away at her. Her world… she had been obsessing on getting back, finding a way back to their reality to the point of going to her counterpart family for help. But there was still no word and it was eating away at her. She had been not only neglecting her training, but herself in general. Then there was her brother, diving into this reality with an iron fist, as if picking up where he left off in their world. The two hadn’t spoken much, in fact, it almost seemed as if the two siblings were avoiding each other for their own reasons.

"Ashely, could you meet me in the K-avern. We need to talk....."

Her eyes shift down to her watch where the voice was coming from and her heart began to quicken. Those four little words with that tone of voice, she knew it all too well. Whatever it was that he needed to speak to her about, it was very bad. The last time he used that tone, her fiancé was killed on a mission.“I’m here in the medical ward, I’ll meet up with you in a moment.”Her tone was dry, trying not to show the nervousness that she was currently experiencing.

Standing up from her seat she smoothed out her white coat and took in a deep breath.“I’ll be right back.”Speaking to Samuel before walking off to meet her brother.

Knowing well her brother was probably trying to refine his already flawless combat techniques, she made her way to the middle of the K-Avern where the training simulation was located. But as her eyes ran along the ground, trying to mentally prepare herself for what was about to happen, they caught a glimpse of what looked to be a micro drive just sitting on the ground. A bit surprised to see something such as this just laying around the misplaced Knightfall crouched down, gently picking it up from the ground as she examined the piece of technology only to see it labeled as 'Cassius Backup'. "Cassius?" she whispered to herself as her eyes widen. She had to show this to Quintus.

Her pace quicken as she made a sharp turn into the room, holding tightly onto the drive as her eyes focused on her brother who was waiting for her. Stopping in front of him she took in a breath as she held one of her hands up, as if telling her brother to allow her to speak first. “Quintus, I know you wanted to talk to me about something important, but before you start, I have something I need to show you.” With her other hand she held out the micro drive to him. Pausing in silence for a few moments to allow The Living Weapon to examine it. “I think... it might Cassius, our Cassius.” Seeing as this Reality Cassius had yet to be in this facility, it was the only thing that made any logical sense to her. If they were able to jump realities, if Orpheus could jump realities, why couldn't Cassius? And if anyone could pin point and find the Misplaced Knightfalls, it was their world Cassius. Hope beamed in The Knightfall Saint's eyes, if it was Cassius, their Cassius, maybe he could help them get home!
