She craned her neck to the side when she heard sounds coming from upstairs and then a young man come down to the bar looking a little worse for wear. Kay shook her head and waited on her drink silently. It wasn't long before she heard the voice of another man and turned to see Joe. She gave a small smile at the greeting.
Nice to meet you, Joe. I'm Kay.
She grabs the glass once John is done with it and takes a swig of it. She watches from the corner of her eye as he disappears and then puts her attention back to Joe and the young man.
Seeing Kay causes John to think about Kay's brother. He sits up on the roof, looking at the stars. In some ways, he feels responsible for the death of Kay's brother. John places his hands up over his face and lets out a sigh.
Alright boys I got some things to take care of.....Points at Ren. You know what I'm saying. Slaps him on the back as he walks out. Later boys and girls. Get's on his Big Dog and fires it up, riding hard into the sun.
John stands up and looks down from the roof. Seeing the two bikers riding off, he raises his hand to issue farewell to both of them. He then takes a seat back on the roof. John leans back and places his hands behind his head while looking up at the stars. After letting out a sigh, he lays there alone under the stars.
His bike roars up outside and Renegade comes into the bar. He seems a little on edge and walks over to the bar to ask the bartender if they have seen Davidson in here today. He was here just a little while ago, shooting pool with Rider. Joe breathes a sigh of relief and turns around and heads toward the pool tables.
