Near the beginning of time, their ancestors were molded from the harden earth of Krave and the cold seas of Arthuro. Then, seen as their perfect creatures, were blessed by Ikari and his siblings with impressive minds and powerful bodies. To allow them to control the world around them with a touch of the gods' power.

The Nexusians, beings of near perfect stature, inhabited the planet Seria for millions years. Their planet orbiting binary stars, said to be the homes of the figureheads of their Mythos, Ikarius and Aharta. The Progetes of Space and Time of Matter and Energy. Their existence perpetually unthreated by any external influence as they lived amongst each othrer in near perfect harmony.

Their children enjoyed wisdom and their elders youth. Their understanding of science and mysticism progressed quickly under to Progetess of Reason, Kiepta. As did their emotional understanding under the Progetess Of Love, Adonia. Due to these advancements, they get to extend their loves behind their already great lengths and enhance their bodies beyond thier extraordinary limits.

Their cities seemed destined to last forever, as their buildings, reflecting their masterful understanding over architecture and desire make all things beauitful, took the form of art instead of mere science. They fought no wars, and verbal debated without insult. They lived their lives in piece and acceptance.

Almost all of them.

Amongst a fairly rare amongst the rare, a mutation can occur. Those who are mutated experience greater strength and intellect than their peers as well as a natural affinity in darkness. However, at the cost of their heightened abilities the mutant mutilated their appearance, causing them to appear grotesque. Their skin tends to lose color and their hair turns into flesh

The mutated beings were referred to as Dera'Tar, meaning "imperfect" in their native language and were exiled by the leaders of society from the cities of grandeur and into the monstrous wildlife of Krave's failed creations, in secret. With the assumption that they were insane, horrid and uncontrollable creatures. Defects in their perfect society.

The Dera'Tar, filled with anger and confusion, turned to hatred against the Nexusians for their leaders' prejudice. And turned to darkness to find comfort. Within that darkness, they found strength. The arms of Hados wrapped around them , granting them strength, comfort, and the acceptance that the Nexusians failed to give. They saw her as their guardian and she saw them as her children.

With newfound strength, and an insatiable sense of revenge against those who drove them away by force. The Dera'Tar returned to the capitals of their oppressors and cracked the skies in half with the forces of Hados, riding the monsters they fought against. While the Nexusians were powerful, they never faced combat. And thus had no weapons to defend themselves against the otherworldly power of Hados.

As the planet crumbled, and the people fell. The twin suns grew dark as if their gods were fighting their own war.

Seria is no more, what was once a beautiful garden of life was now little more than a ball of primordial soup. The sky now has a permanent fracture, a scar of the war. The Nexusians and the Dera'Tar are no more. The sounds of laughter, rage and sorrow that filled the planet on that fateful day.

Yet, the story doesn't end there. As the Nexusians and Dera'Tar sent select groups of their.kind into the void of space to prevent their extinction. The only question now is where are they now?

Dera-Tar Footnotes

The Dera-Tar refers to any Nexusian with a mutation that greatly alters their appearance in any way. Meaning most Dera-Tar don't look the same, some grew four legs. Others are purple. The mutation gene, officially named Dera-Tex, is extremely rare. At its peak it infected 1 out of every 100,000,000 person.

The origins of it are unknown, however, the affinity to darkness may be a clue, albeit an obvious one.

OOC Stuff

This is an open concept thread, so I'm pen to suggestions, concerns, or questions. DM me or the other army of Alts I have, namely @theeexecutioner and @valentino.

I'll probably be making a blog post explain, in greater detail the events and history of the Dera-Tar and Nexusians up to this point.

Moral Of The Story: Racism is bad
