Both Ziccarra and Zeon Liafador have died. In a battle filled with so much personal animosity, Ziccarra gave her last breath to ensure Zeon would not leave the Pit alive.
In the aftermath of their demise, The Liafador Family finds itself without a competent Matriarch to run the family, Liafador International; but most importantly there's no Matriarch to keep tabs on the various Cardinal Factions operating across the glove.
After the destruction of the Red Cardinal Temple at the hands of Shayla, the Cardinals have now taken to the teachings outlined in the banned "Book of Blades"

In the absence of Liafador direction, a new Cardinal figurehead has risen. Madame Ada Guillaume, or Dhalia as she's often called as been instructing the Cardinals in the forbidden teachings known as the "Book of Blades"
The Book of Blades is a 6 point edict, which explains how the world fell into darkness since the death of Ziccarra. Its focus is primarily on infiltrating social environments and spreading Cardinal Influence. The BOB explains how children should be forced into the Cardinal Ideology at a young age to prevent them from falling prey to the false allure of the world. The Book of Blades teaches not to compromise, use violence as necessary, and to expose the evils of the world.
With Ada at the Helm, the Cardinals have slowly begun to infiltrate the small town of Graaff-Reinet, South Africa. The Goal was simple to establish a new Red Cardinal Stronghold, and boost enlistment numbers through forced conscription.
The Book of Blades (Table of Contents)
1. Who is to blame?
“This is a secret which has not been revealed. They are the Hidden hand. They come from one walk of life, Wealth. “Those that claim to be BLUE, but sit at the same table with RED, each of whom knows all the others, govern the fate of the continents, and they elect their successors from their entourage."

2. Poverty
All people are chained down to heavy toil by poverty more firmly than ever. They were chained by slavery and serfdom; from these, one way and another, they might free themselves. These could be settled with, but from want, they will never get away. We have included in the constitution such rights as to the masses appear fictitious and not actual rights. They throw grand parties in their own honor, monuments, and large corporations but fail to spread the wealth. The corporations must be punished. The state must hear our voices!
3. The Death of God.
We’ve seen this first hand with the death of our beloved savior. She has been resurrected but tainted, by this failing society. They will try to debunk God; they target our children with their propaganda. Their social media will instill the new norms, and the world will lose all morality. They believe themselves to be gods, greater than the average human. They flaunt the latest technology and fashion, harvesting the minds of the people. They will wage senseless wars to divert the attention of the masses; the opposition will be imprisoned and forgotten. The head of the snake must be cut off so that the body receives no sustenance.
4. Universal War
We must be in a position to respond to every act of opposition by war with the neighbors of that country which dares to oppose us: but if these neighbors should also venture to stand collectively together against us, then we must offer resistance by a universal war. We must fight these tyrants with the full force of a unified people; we must break the spirit of their forces by opposing them. Mother against father, Sister vs Brother.
5. One Government
The forces aligned have begun to conspire, Blue and Red are colors meant to distract us. Together they conspire; together they draft plans to rule us all. We are divided separated by our own minds—the results of their manipulative properties. A scheme of government should come ready made from one brain because it will never be clinched firmly if it is allowed to be split into fractional parts in the minds of many. We must fight the toxic governments of our world, and become a government within ourselves to protect ourselves “By Any Means Necessary”.
6. The Mass Media
They will offer their beautiful daughters, and report the valiant efforts of today’s champions, but they are lying. The daughters are poison to the minds of the youth; these champions are proliferated through governmental experimentation. Lies will be printed; puppets will take the stand at the news desk. The fabrication of information will cause death and riots. They mold our minds so we accept this as the norm. Not one world will reach the masses without our control!
In order to prevent the end of our civilization, we must cut the head off the snake, we must disrupt their lives as they have done ours. We must taint their waters as they will do ours. We must force them to eat their own poison.
