Rarely did the space goddess leave the World Terminus, but the state of her “reality” deemed it so; Y-intercept was once again moving throughout the universe, via her Universal Spirit; causing havoc and killing those she remembered from her first life. Y intercept was the reason, the last SOIF was replaced; her sporadic reality jumps cost the lives of thousands.
On top of pursuing the Flower of Carnage, war talks were on the horizon in the Omega System. With everything coming to a head in her life, the Celestial Sha; contemplated interfering directly to handle Y intercept.“I can’t help but think, I would’ve fared better in the corp” she whispered, seemingly stressed.
Not too long ago, she belonged to a celestial organization, an organization bent on maintaining order; the Reality conflict ended that; and with a few…personal reasons; she left to become a SOIF. A decision she was now regretting.
Pierce Estate - Barrett Island, California
Wilhelm - "Ian, there has been another breach detected, but unlike the previous three this one does not have it's endpoint on Earth. The energy signature does not match directly with anyone on file but does correlate to a single existing profile with an extremely high degree of certainty as to relation, especially when you take into account the breach has been detected in the Omega System."
Due to the intertwined nature of Willhem and himself there was no need to ask for any kind of file or display to be be called up, the two had been bonded for so long most requests could be predicted and the matching profile was called up in his mind as if it were directly in front of him.
Ian - "What the hell.....Shorty? (pronounced Sha-ty)"
Why would she be here, this specific reality of all places? It would be nice to say she came to see me, but it's not like we left one another under the best of circumstances.
Ian - "Tell Nicole to order in for dinner and that I will be away for a while, and under any circumstances do not let her cook again. My kitchen may not survive another attempt."
Without even waiting for a response Ian rose from his chair and executed a spacefold to investigate what could very well become a complicated and awkward reunion. While it was his mandate to monitor and intervene if needed in the case of a reality breach, this was no stranger from a strange land. These two had history and based on how it ended he was not sure what kind of reception he had waiting for him.
Magnum Opus Space Station
Materializing within the station proper, Armistice dropped his full spectrum stealth announcing his presence as to not arouse suspicion or cause alarm. While on Earth he was no more than a ghost, that did not apply in other sections of this reality as in some he was not only known but recognized for his position. The OSA being made up of advanced species had attracted the wrong kind of attention and cross-reality conflicts had reached their doorstep in the past that had forced his direct involvement as well as the revealing of the Exemplars as a whole. His status allowed him unimpeded entry to the station within reason but he knew his very presence made the powers that be very nervous at some level. They had all seen what only a small group of Exemplars were capable of and viewed him with an expected amount of caution because of it. Ian did not blame them in the slightest, he would feel no different were he in their position.
You cannot have expected me not to notice your arrival, so here I am Shorty, your move
