Lindabop and Lacypop

Linda and Lacy, aka Julia and Jane Thomas, are twin sisters who have been friends with Jay since the three were kids. The twins have opposite personalities and tastes. Linda is sweet, and her favorite color is blue. She likes shiny things and the sound of bells, so she keeps them on her costume. Lacy loves red and pink, but the simpler things are the better. Her costume is simple black and white, like her personality. Out of costume, you can barely tell the girls apart, but in costume they’re as different as an apple and an orange.

Weaver

No Caption Provided

Weaver, aka Jake Todd, met Jay on the night of his attempted bank robbery. The two came to blows, but were so evenly matched that they only stopped from boredom. Weaves talked the Toyman into going blue, and tends to give advice even if it’s not really wanted at the time.

Jay prefers working alone to putting his friends in danger, especially after becoming true blue. So, he keeps his toys at his side most of the time, even at his store.

Coils and Fluffy

No Caption Provided

Coils is a huge purple snake with hypnotic (or perhaps manic) eyes. In the shop he rests on a shelf behind the counter, and looks like a harmless bean bag animal, often going unnoticed by customers. He watches over the store when JT can’t be there, and watches over JT when he refuses to watch out for himself. His soft, cuddly appearance by day is deceiving. He has a steel skeleton between the fluff of his innards, a skeleton that includes the sharp, hand-painted white teeth in his snout. His bite is much worse than his bark, especially considering how quiet and shy he is. Basically, Coils is a giant, limbless, deadly teddy bear.

On the other hand there is Fluffy the Bunny. She’s probably the cutest thing you could ever come across, but don’t let that fool you. She’s overly protective of Jay and his friends, and a little too proficient with the knife she carries around with her. Fast, cunning, observant—these all describe our little assassin bunny, but it doesn’t mean that Jay loves her any less than his cuddlier inventions.

Lollipop (and Belladonna)

No Caption Provided

Lollipop isn’t a mouse, as Jay would put it. He’s a wind-up rat, unique in every way. Larger than most mice, the key-powered rodent is the most aloof of Jay’s “friends”. Most of the time not even his creator knows where he is. But Belladonna does. Bella is Lolli’s constant companion, a living rat he came across on the streets of Bludhaven. The two are inseparable, and there’s a rumor in the JT inner circle that the two have a secret relationship between beast and machine.
