The Equalizers [CVnU Team]

Forged with the intent to hunt down and purge the world of all that wish to harm it, owing to the fact that the superhero community has effectively failed in their fight for peace, the Equalizer's are the United States of America's solution, leading a war against the super-criminal scum that not only plague the United States of America, but the entire world. Villain after villain set back the world progressively for decades, yet all ignore this very apparent war; but that changes today. Granted a blank cheque by the President of the United States, Jean Quentin, the Equalizer's are tasked to formally eradicate the world of it's continued cancerous tumor of villains. Legalized at the highest political and legal level, the US congress had no qualms with putting through the bill which led to their further solidification, Julius knows that the US congress would never back down on a chance to make the US look great. The Equalizers are led by the world-renowned yet shadowy individual Julius Jones, The USA Secretary of Defense and ex Director of the Central Intelligence Agency. Utilizing a five thousand strong special forces division of the US Military known as Joint-Task Force R.E.D, they are ready to set a new stage for Earth. One were villains are on the back foot, and heroes stand supreme.
Headquarters and associates
The Equalizer's are all cleared to enter most NATO bases under order of the President and NATO committee, allowing them seamless access to protect the world no matter where evil strikes up.
Official headquarters - The Triskelion
The official headquarters of The Equalizers lies within the rich metropolis of New York City. The enormous building is the fourth largest skyscraper in the entire city and possibly one of the most thought out and modernized in the world. A retrofitted CIA operational base with enough room and resources to literally accommodate an army of individuals. Each floor is laden with advanced tech and has it's use, no room left unused to facilitate unheard of efficiency within an official government organisation.
Consisting of 95 lavish floors, each one serves a particular focus and is accompanied by a dedicated team of staff, who are all subject to being screened at a federal level to ensure the secrecy and highly classified nature of what goes on within goes without a hitch. Some of the worlds most experienced and dedicated espionage agents work from within it's concrete walls. Anything which one would wish to seek would be found inside the facility.
Undeniably the most important division is Operation's Command
Operation's Command are directly responsible for aiding The Equalizer's in battle. Assessing threat's and acting as eyes and ears for all members, OP Command consists of fifty seven agents all tasked with keeping the team alive. Real-time medical advice, tactical advice, ground, air and sea support are available to be dispatched at a moments notice. The Command solely exists to aid the team in every way possible.
The United States Intelligence Headquarters
The Equalizers headquarters, also known as the Triskelion, functions as the ultimate headquarters of the United States Intelligence. Both overseeing the FBI and CIA, whilst also monitoring overarching activities taking place in the Pentagon and the NSA facilities. The Triskelion is the building where multi-agency talks are facilitated and is also where the Secretary of Defense resides.
