Show of Power (CVnU Empire Clam OOC)

Gothic city, Jyasims fathers once called home, now under siege by Hydra, an opening to things to come and a land grab to take hold off after everyone's killed off! Director Jyasim ordered Hydra forces to take over the city and killed who ever in it to turn the once no mans land to a staging point into the USA. Humans and mutants that appose will be met with extreme hostilities!

This is an empire claim. As per the CVnU rules this is the seven day notification. Seven days from today on January 7th Hydra will test run its first XL-5(mini npc boss) and take over Gothic city to the ground. this will be mostly NPC fodder of Hydra soldiers, Ravjets, one sea based battleship and one XL-5 prototype air fortress, please sell these NPC's with the best of your abilities as they are supost to be tuft and skilled.

rules

1. slandered CV rules apply, god modding to a "point" is aloud on NPC's only if aloud by CoE

2. CoE has the final say, as in all empire claims if this is a go or no go

3. Hydra members and leader may control the NPC's actions, just remember sell them!

4. as always have fun and if your post gets eaten, Hydra did it ;)

@lord_naru: If you're just looking to destroy the city, I don't think it technically counts as an empire claim, but I do think you need the permission of the thread's creator.

the national guard and USA army, air force or navy are off limits do to Stark making Gothic a no mans land in the past.

Wasnt that a prior administration though? Since Stark is dead and Clara Mass' character is now President, technically she could issue whatever type of response she deems necessary (if any). I dont know, just thinking out loud lol

Yeah, its me. And I don't mean to wreck the party here but people have asked me if they could destroy Gothic City before and the answer has always been no. You can invade, and do major villain stuff in your RPs or even attempt to take over as per the Empire rules but I don't want to see GC destroyed for all the obvious reasons.

Might need to double check, but I'm pretty sure if you're making an empire claim, it has to be open - like completely so, so you can't say "no _________ allowed," and anybody who wants can participate as they wish.
