Does anyone here "own" Russia? Anyone at all? Because I'm thinking of...using it for something.
Regarding Russia
I don't think so. You're free to follow the empire rules if you wanna take over Russia or something of the sort.
@rafael_romeiro: Considering turning it into a mutant state led by a character with Cyclops as his look.

Ha! Beat you to it, we already have a mutant state >:)
@jack_: Well you know the rules, mano. Follow them and you're good to go :)
@jack_: My character @premiumrook is a pro-mutant cyborg assassin (plus his backstory, while set in the future, has a few ties to Soviet-era Russia) who would probably be interested in helping you achieve that goal. He kinda dislikes his ties to Russian history, so he'd likely jump at the opportunity to transform the country into something positive for mutants. Kills two birds with one stone :)
Basically if you want some help in the takeover, I'm here for you <3
@fuzionguy: Nice. We still need to finish the Dark Champions arc, but I think maybe that's died down. I guess from now on Decimus will just be chilling in his tower being evil and stuff.
@fuzionguy: That sounds good, maybe after the Moscow Incident. I'm eager to introduce the new guy, I've been playing around with the idea for a mutant character for a while. Also, he is ONLY going to speak in subtitled Russian for a little while until he learns English. Also, this isn't going to be a happy mutant state like Venezuela. This is going to be a chaotic, government-less mutant jungle once I'm done with it (ideally).
I'm not sure if Rook will still want to help, actually, if he's a patriot...
@jack_: Rook isn't a patriot, he isn't even Russian. In the world he comes from, he joined a rebellion fighting against, essentially, a capitalist dictatorship. They heavily borrowed their ideology from communist Russia, believing that any of the supposed evils commited by that regime were invented by the government, and glorifying its leaders as heroes (dude was even given the name Joseph after Stalin himself when he was adopted into the group). Since becoming a time traveller, Rook has been back and seen the atrocities committed by his heroes first-hand, so he's certainly no longer committed to those ideals. Right now, his main priority is to ensure the dominance of the mutant race, in order to prevent his future from ever happening. This would be a step in the right direction.
@fuzionguy: Excellent.
We're going to blow up the Kremlin. >:)
I expect we'll start this weekend, once I've finished Apex's bio.
@jack_: @fuzionguy: the Dark Champions still got me (Syapt & Requiem)
As for Russia little is there I think LL had the LVV there but that team died out other then that nothing really. Also like the idea
