Millenium City a region growing ever onward in the amount of heroic images. Even a school dedicated to raising the promising warriors of peace and prosperity of the coming future. Few would dare to come here to start trouble what hope would they have in achieving of their nefarious goals. Constantly news went up about how students bravely fought back those who tied to cause problems, even more filled the air waves of the actual heroes who defended the city. There was even news of how many of the students and one of their teachers helped stop a crisis in Japan. A fact which Alice in particular knew very well.
She'd never visited the city of heroes, honestly she didn't regret it either it stank of reservations. People dared not drink, party, enjoy each other beneath the sheets and so on, because it wasn't the way of the hero. Nobody was bold to take action because of their odds leading the various corporations and towering office buildings and so on to be leading in how things were done. The desire to rise to the top was replaced by complacency. Far as the witch was concerned this city in it's prosperity deserved an introduction once more to chaos. Thus why of all the students Alice chose a particularly young one.
She had no part in the eventful night that was a witch's death which was ideal for what was coming. The witch here had not encountered this lady, had no previous history with her. She also was no one just a mysterious blonde visiting this city. So who would question their crossing of paths or think she was here with more of a motive then the one she would provide? It was ideal, and through the insight charm Alice had casted she knew the power this young girl had was a terrifying one. It could lead to a surplus of chaos, which could be a fun element to help unravel what these people could do. She didn't necessarily care about the heroes or students they made fantastic ingredients to magic however but first came confronting Holly.
She was running at the time, if the witch had to guess the kid had probably recently gotten in a fight with the few who dared to be thugs. She seemed the type to be a brawler, the charm told her this much and where to go to intercept arcane arts assisted by a particular pendent. Nothing much just who to look for and where to go. And sure enough dashing through the alleys was a young thing thirteen years old and not one to resist a fight. The street at the time was relatively clear, though some pedestrians couldn't help but gather curious to see where things would go in the strange western showdown like moment that was the blonde moving to get in the running teen's way.
"Holly right, one of the youngest new kids on the block." The youngest being the one her magic mixed with Kaija's blood led to a particularly demonic child that needed to be cured by many. "I'm sure these thugs are no one to you. So lets give them a proper show shall we?" It was simple to get what Alice wanted. Just ask a girl who couldn't say no to a challenge to fight.
