Dubai has been recently hit by massive sand storms which have completely devastated the city. NATO and the UN decided to intervene and sent in troops from the United States, Canada, Britain, and France. Upon entering the city, and within the first few days of the relief mission horrifying intel was revealed. A group of extremists going by an unknown name had caused the sandstorms which ravaged the city and had taken control of the city by force. It was also found out that the extremists had been manufacturing super humans which was the newest and more problematic matter at hand. Various types of super humans had been and are still being created with a wide variety of abilities such as telekinesis, super strength, telepathy, super speed, control over various elements; there has been no limit of the different types of powers.
Than another problem occurred, all communication was lost with the relief force and it is totally unknown what happened to all of them. It is now six months later and no new information has been released from Dubai. Civilians are still alive, but it is unknown how many are actually there. Now NATO has looked else where for help and has hired a Private Military Company named Raven Corporation to head an assault into the city, find what happened to the lost soldiers, defeat the extremists and find and destroy whatever it is they are using to create the super humans. It is a nearly impossible task, but Raven Corps. leader and owner, Apathy believes he and his company are up to the task.
- This rp is open to anybody and everybody!
- After my character enters the city, it will allow you to introduce your characters through a call for help from Apathy.
- As for the enemies, they are all NPC's and their powers are totally limited to what you want them to have!
- You may choose to interact with citizens, and other rpers as you wish (this includes helping, fighting, etc.)
- Dubai's towers and amazing building are still standing but sand is every where and some buildings are even about to fall over. Its almost a post-apocalyptic environment, please write it as such :) and at the time all of our characters will meet. I have something planned, don't worry haha.
- The goals at hand (finding soldiers and destroying the device creating super humans) will be brought up by myself in the rp and will be handled which ever way you see fit
