- The label "assassin" is often applied. Shiho has the skills to be an assassin, and she has killed on occasion, but the only actual job listed in her job description as Strigidae was "Kratesis' personal guard." Now, with Kratesis gone, she takes the title of "leader." And, while she kills, often in covert manner, she has no predisposition toward being an assassin.
- There is no limit to the amount of energy she can absorb.
Misconceptions of your character
Amaranth is far better than Asteria in terms of martial arts. This isn't because Asteria isn't any good, she's a grandmaster in her own right. Born a genius in every category and as physically gifted as one can be, combined with training from many of the greatest martial artists to ever live have made her exceptional.
Its simply a matter of scale. The Court's best martial artists are all a quarter of a million years old or older. Asteria is only thirty centuries. Were she Amaranth's age her talent would allow her to easily surpass him.

Wow. All these oldies....And skilledies....Make me feel all out of place.
Hell, I'd still fight her.
@mercy_: There are. Always are.
@_strigidae_: The Court is built around a core of near-immortals. For a good reason! The amount of knowledge and experience even a regular person can accumulate over a thousand years makes them a hyper-effective decision maker. And anyone can become a terrifying master of combat after a thousand years of practice.
It didn't actually start out that way though, and its not by design.
Mutants had all kinds of different powers, but the immortals lived the longest to pass on their genes the most. Then the non-immortals died while the immortals lived and learned and passed on their genes and accumulated resources, and so on.
And over a long enough period the immortal mutants simply out-competed the mortal mutants. They were smarter, unified [being friends for a thousand years means something], had the most resources, and they didn't have to start over every generation.
By that process of evolution by natural selection the immortal strain became the dominate political force inside the Court.

You'd think with all that knowledge they would of left the supremacy stuff behind. Guess that Magneto mentality is a pretty strong thing.

o_o
@eagle_of_the_east: O_O I had no idea there was such....depth? I'm not certain what word I'm looking for. Where are these immortals!?
Still go after it.
@_xlrate_: There is a faction that believes in mutant supremacy and a faction that doesn't. Amaranth for example does not, but Asteria does.
@_xlrate_: *would've.
Also, subjective.
@_strigidae_: I'm just a slow worker. The Court is a massive organization, comparable in size to a multinational corporation when you look at the whole thing. And that takes a lot of time to create. Especially because I usually only flesh out what I'm interested in playing.
@eagle_of_the_east: I know, but still. Supremacy just is a silly concept.
@_strigidae_: Grammar Nazi >:l
@eagle_of_the_east: That's just fine. It's all you.
So how come these immortals haven't been giving me council? Is this a union!?
@_xlrate_: It's not a stretch.
@_xlrate_: I'm hoping to put the supremacist side on display soon, all I've been doing for the last five months is Amaranth and the Flock. It was awesome, but I'd like to do something a bit different now.

Hit me up.
@_strigidae_: Because the only ones I've made are Amaranth/Shirzad/Asteria :-p
@_strigidae_: Sure, what'cha got in mind?
@eagle_of_the_east: Oh? Right now? Rain check.
@_strigidae_: No problem, just let me know anytime and we'll chat.
The iron shirt extends everywhere, yes that includes his ____ and the inner walls of his rectum as well
Andres isn't a villain, he never was. The fundamental purpose of his endgame is altruistic and benefits everyone. By placing himself in a position (as morally ambiguous as the position is) whereby he can acquire the necessary knowledge at an appropriate rate, he feels that he will be able to somehow learn how to prevent the scientifically hypothesized ultimate fates of the universe.
@andres_knightfall: You know the original Myrmidon idea was actually about him escaping the previous "fate of the universe" and coming into this one (the Big Bounce theory thing). That would have been cool if they spoke, I changed his origins from that though.
@andres_knightfall: I've not defined his origin, so yeah I could still go down that route. It's an awesome concept, got it written up somewhere also (I think). Interaction indeed. See what Andres has to say to somebody who survived the destruction of the universe (kinda...in his own way) :P
@andres_knightfall: I'll see. I'll re-look at what concept origin I've given him already in some PM I made, if I do decide....*stops mid-thought*....I've got an idea already. I had scrapped the original being as old as the universe idea (or pre-verse) due to I never wanted Myrmidon to be over 13 billion years old <_< BUT...I've got an idea now. I'll PM you, see what you think.
Just because Spiller has a superhuman intelligence, does not mean he is brilliant in the fields of science. He can merely problem solve faster than the average human.
Abigail is a villain.
Abigail is NOT a villain.
*Secretly chuckles*
I got one that annoys me. David is not insane, but I can understand the confusion since pretty much every person that has dressed up like a clown in comics was insane. But David just wears this because it is a family heirloom and it defines him.
Is an alt but not of Sha or Cara_Hunter, granted cause of Sha's history of being the ideal SG I'm a lil nervous about the look lol
O_o Girl don't be, Lol you got it, do ya thing!
