Because - between one and two months ago - prior to Marcques' most recent post, approximately a month has passed between posts, this Empire claim has been determined to fail the standards of timeliness set forth and is hereby concluded. The CVnU's Empire Claim rules state that if more than a week has gone by without a response from one side, then the other side is declared the victor. In this case, because the claimant failed to respond for nearly a month, the opposition has been ruled victorious.
