@strigidae_23: We reached a compromise by avoiding RL cities almost altogether. Hong Kong is cleared but only for relatively light damage.

I unfortunately don't really know by what measure they mean by "light". In terms of lives lost and structures demolished the damage to NYC in the Avengers movie was "light" at only one hundred and sixty billion dollars worth of overall economic impact and less than half that in property damage with less than ten thousand people dying.

Eighty billion in buildings damaged and 5-10k lives lost may sound like a lot but NYC can literally recoup that with interest in a single season.

Or does it mean "light" by say street level standards where it means just a few windows blown out and a few dozen people dead?

I don't know and I won't risk it unless that's cleared.

Cerberus can pay for the damage for story purposes if you let them. :P
