The portal opened into the old arena , a city stood before them, this was the first place Arrow and Gambler had battled all thos years ago, glass Skyscrapers filled the city along with smaller brick buildings, The streets where lined with empty cars.

Arrow walked forward taking of his black hat and jacket , placing them on the hood of a red Honda civic, He began to roll up the selves of his shirt, A small tear rolled own his eye, as flashes of the old battle came back to him, Looking up he sa where he had fallen.

He turned to Gambler and wondered would this be their last battle or where they destinted to do this over and over.

Copycat Shaman says:

DC teleported to Spectrum and put his hand on his shoulder and teleported both back to the stands

Ghast shook off the laughable kick to the head, it was as ridiculous as throwing a bean bag at a pro wrestler. Ghast whipped round to catch Copycat's leg in his massive jaws.

Gambler looked at Arrow and slowly removed something from behind his coat.

"Remeber this?" said Gambler as he pulled a mighty blade from behind his coat the evil aroa

surrounding the sword completely.

"I well not fight you brother. Not now not ever. You are the greatest warrior I have ever known. But this is were our story ends."

Gambler tossed Arrow his Sword of Shadows and walked back through the portal.

Arrow picked up his blade and smiled , the darkness ran in his body , it was home the true sword of souls had returned to him., He watched as gambler entered the Portal "wait, please, " Arrow kneeled down holding the sowrd in his hands .

"You do me great Honor , I do not call many friend and ......" He stoped but only for a moment "But you have been more of a brother to me then any, I wish us to be friends Gambler?"

Walking forward he placed out his right hand for Gambler to shake.

Ghast turns in on himself and in a flash becomes a small white wolf, Wisp shoots from beneath the strike to a safe distance.

"you cannot teleport fast enough to catch me foolish one..."

Wisp shot under his legs and jumped up his back, she landed on his head with her dainty feet then bounded off, alighting infront of him.

"Oh yes, I'm very sure, and we could dance all day...but i'm losing patience."

Gambler looked at the out stretched hand of Arrow and nodded his head. He took out the Ace of Clubs and charged it then placed it in the palm of his right hand.

"Still wanna shake?" he said with his trademark grin.

Arrow charged up his shield and smiled "yeah you", He let out a little laugh and walked up to gmabler his hand still held out "I am tired of being your enemy, your rival is it not time we put that in the past, We have both led the NAO , I was your right hand man in the VV and HFC , I no longer wish to be the one who betrays you, I no longer wish the distrust between us".

Arrow liffted his shield droped his sword and held out his hand once more, Leaving nothing but the evil man standing , No powers protected him , It was up to Gambler, One shot and he could End Arrow , One shake and he could have an allie in the VV,

"It feels like I need to increase my strength..." Wisp folded in on herself and in a purple flash became Ghast once more.

The black wolf's muscles rippled under his fur, he growled deeply, he didn't like the feeling of being held down by gravity... so he decided not to be. Ghast was a supernatural creature, not a creature of reality, he couldn't be contained by something as mundane as physics.

Gambler flashed back to all there battles, sometimes allies and sometimes enemy's. It truly was time to end it.

"I agree brother." Gambler started to extend his hand and then out of nowhere flicked his wrists reviling ten cards in each and unleashed them at Arrow.

"DIE!!!"

Copycat Shaman says:

Ghast shook the burning rock from his coat, and groomed himself. He was quite happy to be burned, the Barguest was a creature of fire.

Each Card hit Arrow in the chest , falling to his knees he smiled "It turly is over old friend ", Blood erupted from the hole that now cut deep into arrow body, His inside all chared and burnt, nothing moved, everything seemed so slow.

Arrow fell back his eye began to rollinto the back of his head, An immortal killed like this he thought out loud, "I was a warrior I desvered to die with honor". Arrow dark life came to an end that day, No longer would people fear the name, or the face of darkness, Hs pale face turned grey as his body began to spazum, An evil end for an evil man.

Gambler walked over and picked up Arrow's Sword of Shadows and plunged it into his remains. As the blood soaked into the ground it became black and suddenly shadows began to appear and take form. It was the Shadow Army, Gambler had seen it once before along time ago. There flags and banners raised high they all knelt on one knee next to there fallen brother.

One of the shadow's began to wrap Arrow in ceremonial garb and then glared at Gambler, You truly are a man without honor. You have defeated no one but yourself here today.

The rest of the army took formation and lifted Arrow's body up high and disappeared back into the shadow in which they had emerged leaving Gambler to his disgrace.
