body type he has large muscles but they are not inhuman sized hes bulky.

personality karnak will do anything for money does not matter how bad the job is and he always gets the job done no matter what it takes he has taken many innocent lives because a job demanded it when he is not on duty he is quick to get to a bar and drink while hitting on the hottest girls in the bar although he mostly strikes out.
skills
strength absolute peak human captain america level.
speed/agility/reflex his speed his peak human and his reflexes are near instantaneous he can easily get around a city by whats on the buildings such as climbing to the top of buildings by going up the nearby windows.
durability he has peak human durability bullets can go through him and kill him if the shots are fatal.
regeneration he has beyond peak human regeneration he can recover from minor wounds very quickly and broken bones heal much faster then the average human and given a month he can start to regrow a missing limb although it would take close to a year for it to completely regrow .
hand 2 hand he was designed with every known fighting style hardwired into his brain making him a master of them although he will usually use a blend of attacks in a hand 2 hand fight.
marksmanship his model was made for ranged attacking meaning he has been hardwired with knowledge on the operation of every weapon known to man and he has very high accuracy with all of them.
intelligence karnak is very intelligent he was considered smarter then the team of scientists that created him.

mark v1 battle suit the mark v1 battle suit was designed for long range combat although it can handle its own in a close range battle it has extremely high durability being able to tank explosions with no damage to the suit although blunt force can push it back and knock it over the suit has a built in targeting AI allowing the user to see through building and get a very long range look at things.the suit also has a jet pack used to make quick dashes to other platforms and a grappling hook which can be used to propel the suit up a building and in extreme cases can be used for combat.The suit also block's outside signals preventing anyone from hacking the suit and also preventing anyone from invading karnak's mind while he is in the suit the suit can be undone and formed into a large cube making it travel size the whole suit is powered by sunlight and it has reserve sun batteries so even when the suns down the suit never run's out of power despite its largesize the suit is actually very silent if handled correctly.
the aa sniper rifle this sniper rifle is very heavy it was designed for the mark v1 the sniper rifle can fire shells large enough to take down aircraft's it is connected directly to the suit and if required can be self destructed
the rpg machine gun this machine gun is very heavy and designed to eliminate many enemies at once it's shells can make mincemeat out of kelver it has two modes automatic fire which unleashes a torrent of bullets shredding everything in front of it and then a cannon mode which lets losses a very high powered grenade it explodes upon impact this can easily destroy tanks.
Emergency chainsaw blade in an emergency the mark v1 can deploy a chaimsaw blade its gurantead to cut through anything.
biography karnak was born in a laboratory part of many genetic experiments to make super soldiers only karnak was the first of his kind made to look human and be more fit for spying and battles unlike the others which had come out like monsters while he did in fact come out looking human he was also capable of free will unlike the others and while he was not as strong as the others he was much smarter then the rest of them not just the other creations but his creators also. Which is one of the many reasons he decided to escape from the lab but as it stood he did not have the means to escape from this place that had become like a prison to him until of course they gave him the mark v1 it was supposed to make him much more effective in battle little did they know that they had handed him the means of his escape .So it is no surprise that one day after he fully learned to pilot the suit he blasted his way out of the secret base of course not before stealing all the files related to his suit such as the blueprints for it and the ammo so that he could have someone make more ammo for his guns so he would not run out he stole that and many other top secret files to keep them away from him as karnak at last tasted the joy of freedom he decided that he would live for himself and do as he pleases from that day forward he would be his own man.
