well in the marvel world sheild is corrupt but needed and goverment funded . it think the vine would benifit from such a team and would open up some stories and even give people reins to create ther own rpg's that aren't so involved with story arc's from the comics

i don't belive it is sheild is kinda corrupt yes it helps heros but it also tries to use them such as the hulk people want to kill him but sheild wants his blood to create controlable super soliders of him
@Risky: That's a team I made that pretty much fits what we're talking about. It was a good idea and had a nice roster but it never took off and was forgotten.
