idk what that is
I'm horrible at guess and remembering alts Puzzler, specially if you're on and off as much as you are xD
I don't get pokemon, I never did. You mean to tell me he saves these god damn things all the time, then when they evolve they go through some PTSD style memory wipe and start trying to put him on fire? You know how mad I would be if I taught my dog to shit outside and then-
"What's this-? Buddy is evolving! Buddy evolved into...Bud!"
*Bud shat on the walls!*
Kimbo Slice is a joke but man, Ken Shamrock is 50 f'n years old. Bellator's really a second rate promotion for headlining an event with those two clowns. They'll be lucky if Kimbo doesn't win by doctor stoppage after Shamrock has a stroke from walking to the octagon, LOL.
@_dirge_: Curious to know who you think it is.
@travis_finch: Nah, at 50 years old, Ken's chin is made of glass and he no longer has the explosiveness and power from his youth to land a KO, LOL. I think if Ken stands with Kimbo, he'll get KO'd. Only way I see Ken winning is by submission. Kimbo claims to have a ground game but people also claim to have seen unicorns, doesn't mean its real, LMAO.
@quintus_knightfall: At this point the show and the books are taking place in two different universes. You got your standard 616(books) and your New 52(show)going on. The traitor could be anybody lol But your right, regardless who it is it's going to piss people off.
@travis_finch: LOL its all good.
Nah they've never fought. Its basically like Pacquiao-Mayweather before those two fought. You have two fighters from different promotions dominating everyone put in front of them, and you have one cocky champion talking a whole lot of trash on the other fighter. Women's MMA is still new and there aren't as many elite fighters like Ronda. And Cyborg is the only other fighter who is believed to be the one who can challenge her. But the problem is Cyborg is a big woman. She's a featherweight and Ronda's a bantamweight. Ronda fights at 135. When Cyborg isn't cutting to get down to 145 for featherweight, she walks around at 160+. And most of that is muscle so for her to cut down to 135 is a big problem.
But Ronda's fought at 145 before, and she won her Olympic medal in judo fighting at 150 I think so Cyborg keeps asking her to move up in weight so they can fight but Ronda says "I'm the champ, you move down to fight me". Nobody from either side has done anything yet. They've just been talking trash, and Cyborg's not even in the UFC because the UFC doesn't have a 145 division (they don't think its profitable). But according to her, she's gonna try and make the cut to 135, fight for the 135 title in Invicta (and win if she has her way), and then after proving she can cut down to 135, she'll move to the UFC.
@travis_finch: On the stand-up, Cyborg is the much better fighter. She hits with the power of a male middleweight, LOL. She's a highly accomplished Muay Thai specialist and a very good striker overall. Not just power but technique as well. And she's very strong. But, I think Ronda might be stronger than her. When Ronda fought Sara McMann, an Olympic silver medalist in women's wrestling, nobody was expecting to see what we saw. McMann is strong as fck (you see the strength in most of her fights). Wrestlers are almost universally very strong, you have to be, especially if you're an Olympic athlete. But they got in the clinch and well, Ronda basically bullied her to the fence before getting the TKO by liver shot.
Now Ronda's an Olympic judoka so the clinch is where she's best at but she basically steamrolled McMann into the fence. I think if Cyborg tries to use the Thai clinch with her, she'll be in for a rude awakening. She'll find that you not only clinch with someone that strong, but you never clinch with an Olympic judoka, LOL. All of Ronda's opponents found that out the hard way. You'll get tripped or thrown to the ground, and the ground is the last place you wanna fight Ronda on. Because on the ground, she always locks the armbar. Always. There's no escaping it. Now if Ronda decides to stand and trade? She's getting KO'd. Cyborg hits very hard, and she's faster than people think. There's no female striker in MMA better than Cyborg. Whereas there's no female grappler in MMA better than Ronda.
@la_espada: Ronda LOVES those armbars. xD Was watching some clips of Cris and she's a beast. I doubt Ronda would stand up with her though, just not really her m.o. Unless she's pissed like with Miesha Tate. What the hell is Judoka? Some variant of Judo?
@travis_finch: She does, she's good at them, LOL. Her first seven fights, all armbar finishes in the first round. Cris is out of this world. If she cuts to 135 and fights Ronda, she'll be bringing a lot of KO power, but I see her having cardio issues, not the kind of problem you want against an Olympic athlete. A judoka is what you call a practitioner of judo :)
@travis_finch: It would, no doubt about that. But being a natural 160 pounder, Cyborg will always bring a lot more power than those at 135. Even if she cuts weight, she'll be a very big 135 fighter. As for the cardio, Cyborg has very little body fat. For her to cut down as far as 135, she's gonna be cutting water weight because Cyborg is almost all muscle. Moving all of that muscle at a weight that below her natural weight class will give her cardio issues because muscles need oxygen. I'm thinking she's gonna fight a lot like Anthony Johnson does in LHW. Crazy KO power, a lot of strength, but because of all that muscle, cardio will become a problem past let's say the second round. Though I don't ever remember Cybrog going the distance with anyone. Its always either a KO or a TKO.
