Founders & Leaders: The Guardians of the Universe

Current Members: Hal Knight, Jessica Jordan, and many others from other planets.

Former Members: Sora Sinestra and many others throughout history.

Allies: Blue Sentinel Corps, Indigo Tribe, Violet Sentinel Corps, the Justice League Alliance.

Enemies: Red Sentinel Corps, Sinestra Corps, Space Pirates, Criminals, Evil Empires, etc.

Status: Currently active.

Base of Operations: Mogu (With Members assigned to Space Sectors throughout the known Universe).

Place of Formation: Mogu.

Total Sectors: 3600

Total Members: 7200.

Universe: CVnU

The Green Sentinel Corps is an organization of 7200 Green Sentinels who are chosen by the ring for being able to overcome great fear, with two assigned to sectors of space that require the protection of more than one Green Sentinel (Earth, home to Hal Knight and Jessica Jordan, is in Sector 2814). Heavily-populated Sectors like 2814 can have several Green Sentinels. The primary Green Sentinels of Sector 2814 are Hal Knight and Jessica Jordan.

Each member has a great deal of autonomy as to their methods in their jurisdiction, subject to review by the Guardians of the Universe if they feel the Green Sentinel in question has abused his/her assigned authority. The individual Green Sentinels are responsible for arranging their replacements if they are near retirement or death. If the Green Sentinel dies before that obligation is met, the ring will find and seek another to be trained on it’s own. In rare circumstances, the Guardians of the Universe will personally go out into the field to recruit a replacement.

Upon recruitment each Green Sentinel receives a Power Ring, a Power Battery shaped like a lantern (with which the ring is recharged) and a uniform. The default uniform design for humanoids is a green section covering the torso and shoulders, black arms and leggings, green boots, white gloves, black, or green, domino mask and a chest symbol of a stylized Green Sentinel icon on a white circle. Green Sentinels are allowed to customize their uniforms as long as the color scheme and the symbol are present. When the nature of the being precludes a standard uniform, an equivalent arrangement is expected as a substitute. For instance, Mogu, a sentient planet, arranged his foliage to create a green circling band and lantern symbol on his body. Green Sentinels are also allowed the option of a secret identity as a security measure and it is implied that the Corps are instructed to honor that choice by taking care not to expose them. Training in the use of the ring is mandatory and appropriate facilities and personnel are available on Mogu upon request. In addition, a senior Green Sentinel can be assigned to coach a recruit while in the field in their sector.

Recruits, after being found by their Power Rings, are taken to the planet Mogu for training. Not all recruits will make it through training, however, forcing the ring to find another candidate. Trainees have a simplified version of the Green Sentinel uniform (with green covering more of the torso) with the white circle on their chest blank until the Lantern insignia is added upon completion of their training. Additionally, all Power Rings work on the color yellow, provided the user can feel the fear behind the color and overcome it. A challenge for any rookie Green Sentinel to overcome.

THE GREEN SENTINEL OATH

"In brightest day, in blackest night,

No evil shall escape my sight.

Let those who worship evil's might

Beware my power...Green Sentinel's light!"

THE GUARDIANS OF THE UNIVERSE

No Caption Provided

The Guardians of the Universe are a long lived species from the planet Maltasus. They are usually around 3 to 4 feet tall, but possess great power. A number of 12 members comprises the Guardians of the Universe and they are the leaders of the Green Sentinel Corps.

The Guardians of the Universe maintain a hands off approach when taking a direct hand in the order of the universe and instead act through their chosen agents of the Green Sentinel Corps. Exceptions to this rule are rarely, but have been, broken. They tend to hide and control their emotions, much like the Vulcans do in Star Trek.

One should not underestimate a single member of this leadership. Just one Guardian of the Universe has tremendous power. Power enough to handle most threats should they desire to, but most often do not because of their pacifist nature. They are many times more powerful then even the very best Green Sentinel and can, with ease, stand up to even the most powerful beings in the galaxy.

CENTRAL POWER BATTERY

No Caption Provided

The Central Power Battery, also known as the Great Power Battery, was built by the long lived Guardians of the Universe after they had abandoned their homeworld of Maltasus and settled on the planet Mogu. This massive device served as a reservoir for all of their combined cosmic power which was based on the Green Light of Will in the Emotional Spectrum and was an edifice created from a single crystal. At some point in it’s early history, the Guardians of the Universe captured the fear elemental known as the Parallax entity and trapped it within the Central Power Battery. The cosmic being lay in dormancy but also created a yellow impurity which prevented future Green Sentinel Ring constructs from functioning properly on objects coated in the color yellow. However, this weakness can be overcome if a Green Sentinel overcomes their fears. In addition to this, when the Zamarians departed for their own homeworld; they begun taking mates from the planet Korugia. This act infuriated the Guardians of the Universe but by the time they found out, it was far too late. So, as an act of retaliation, the Guardians of the Universe exiled the Zamarians from Mogu forever.

STRUCTURE

The Honor Guard: The Green Sentinel Honor Guard is an elite group of Green Sentinels not restricted to one Sector and are based on Mogu. One of the earlier members of this prestigious group was Tomar-Re who summoned the Green Sentinels of the 3600 Space Sectors to Mogu in order to brief them on the threat of Serona and her master Nekka. Former Green Sentinel Sinestra was once a member of this elite group before her expulsion from the Corps.

The Honor Guard is a special force of elite Green Sentinels who have been chosen for their exemplary service or capabilities to serve full time on Mogu. They, partially because Mogu is technically in every sector, are not restricted to any one sector and serve as special operatives or troubleshooters for the Corps. They also serve as commanders during Combat situations, such as during the Spider-Guild Assault.

No Caption Provided

Black Ops Division AKA The Corpse: Known only to a select few of the Guardians of the Universe,"The Corpse" is an elite, top-secret black ops division of the Green Sentinel Corps. They are not restricted by the same rules that regular Sentinels follow and they perform the darkest, most dangerous missions. They do not use Power Rings; instead, they swallow special coin-like disks that give them all of the powers of the standard ring for a limited 24hr period. These disks produce purple energy instead of the traditional green so as to not draw unwanted attention to the Green Sentinel Corps. Members of the "Corpse" do not wear Green Sentinel uniforms or display the Green Sentinel symbol. Instead, they seem to prefer black uniforms that have no symbol. Very few Green Sentinels are even aware of the existence of the "Corpse" and those that do are sworn to absolute silence and secrecy. If they speak out or try and reveal the existence of the Corpse, they will soon find their minds erased of their existence and any, and all, evidence destroyed.

With the recent authorization of Lethal Force against Sinestra Corps members and other enemies of the Green Sentinel Corps, the need for the continuation of the Corpse is in question by some. Though their will likely always remain a need for those who work in the shadows.

RANKS

Keeper: Second only to the Guardians of the Universe themselves and held by the chief administrator of the Green Sentinel Corps who also served the role as keeper of the Book of Oan.

Illustres: A position below that of the chief administrator and held by leaders of the Green Sentinel Honor Guard.

General: A newly created rank formed by the Guardians of the Universe to designate an individual Green Sentinel with complete control over the Corps.

Cryptkeeper: This rank is held by Morro and is used by those that tend to the Crypts that hold the Fallen Green Sentinels.

Sentinel: This is the rank most members of the Corps hold.

Cadet/Recruit: The lowest rank in the Green Sentinel Corps. Once a Cadet's training is complete, they become a full fledged member and attain the rank of Sentinel.

BOOK Of OAN

No Caption Provided

The Book of Oan is a massive book held in the Citadel of Mogu. Created long ago, the Book contains the history of the Guardians of the Universe and the Green Sentinel Corps. One member of the Green Sentinel Corps is selected by the Guardians as Keeper of the Book of Oan, a highly honored position. The Forbidden Chapter of the Book told the prophecy of the Blackest Night, the final destruction of the Green Sentinel Corps at the hands of their greatest enemies as it was told to Abik Shur by the demons of Yxmalt (a clever and fabricated lie in an attempt to destroy the Green Sentinel Corps).

The Laws Within The Book Of Oan:

Upon recruitment, a Green Sentinel is expected to uphold certain principles of his/her/it’s duty. These principles include:

1. The protection of life and liberty within the assigned sector.

2. Following the orders of the Guardians of the Universe without question.

3. Non-interference with a planet's culture, political structure or its population's collective will.

4. Acting within local laws and obeying the local authority within reason (presumably, the Guardians of the Universe’s orders can overrule this when necessary).

5. Taking no action against anyone or anything until they are proven to be a threat against life and liberty.

6. Refusing to use the equipment, resources or authority of The Corps for personal gain.

7. Showing respect for and cooperating with other members of the Corps and the Guardians of the Universe.

8. Showing respect for life which includes restraint of force unless there is no reasonable alternative.

9. Giving top priority to the greatest danger in the assigned sector.

10. Upholding the honor of the Corps.

11. Lethal Force is authorized to be used against the Sinestra Corps.

12. Lethal Force is authorized against all enemies of the Green Sentinel Corps.

13. Physical relationships and love between Green Sentinels is forbidden within the Corps (this has recently been repealed)

14. The Vega Sector is no longer outside the Green Sentinel Corps jurisdiction.

The remaining six laws have yet to be revealed.

To enforce these principles, the Guardians of the Universe closely monitor the activities of the Green Sentinels. If they feel a violation of Corps regulations occurred, they will summon the offender to Mogu and hold a trial in which the charges are read and the Green Sentinel is allowed to explain his/her/it’s actions. If the Guardians of the Universe are not satisfied by the explanation, they have a number of disciplinary options which include:

1. Probation.

2. Personal supervision by the Guardians of the Universe on Mogu.

3. Temporary exile from the Green Sentinel's homeworld.

4. Ritual Trial of Endurance: A Green Sentinel must attempt a dangerous passage through the Anti-Matter Universe and survive.

5. Expulsion from the Corps.

The Book also contains the numerous laws and infractions that enemies of the Corps can commit. These include, but are not limited to:

1 The willful opposition to the Green Sentinel Corps.

2. Willful opposition or intent to harm the Guardians of the Universe.

3. Homicide.

4. Deicide (Code 1011).

5. Intent to cause chaos.

6. Intent to cause disaster.

7. Genocide.

8. Unlawful war.

9. Malicious interference with cultures and civilizations.

10. Intent to destabilize universal forces.

11. Intent to destroy or bring harm to the universe.

12. Endangering innocent life within an authorized military installation (Section 652).

13. Interfering in the natural evolutionary chain of a sub-level organism. (Section 4141).

This goes without saying. Mogu and the Sentinels of the Universe will NEVER allow a criminal to be recruited within it’s ranks (this is NOT the comics, people. Criminals and car thieves like Simon Baz are NOT allowed to be members of the Green Sentinel Corps). Only those of good and/or exceptional character and will are allowed to be recruited.

It should be noted that the Great Book of Oan doesn't have power or give any, except the power of knowledge.

SCIENCELLS

No Caption Provided

Sciencells are detention facilities constructed by the Guardians of the Universe to house the most dangerous interstellar criminals. Sciencells are near impenetrable prison cells located on the planet Mogu. They were created by the Guardians of the Universe to house prisoners of the Green Sentinel Corps.

In their quest to bring order to the stars, it was only a matter of time before the Guardians of the Universe made many enemies. Whenever possible, they did not kill their foes, they contained them. The magic wielding Empire of Tears was subjugated and imprisoned on the tomb world of Yxmalt. The insect race of Tchkk-Tchkki, later known as Legion, was enclosed in an emerald force field around their world.

The Guardians of the Universe utilized one world, known only as the Guardians’s Prison Planet to contain dozens of cosmic criminals. This world featured shifting time periods and each captive was chronologically out of phase with his fellow prisoners.

The deadliest of the Guardian of the Universe’s foes were brought to Mogu and imprisoned in the Sciencells. Each cell was specifically designed to contain the villain and neutralize his/her/it’s powers. The Sciencells had their own chamber, connected to the main citadel on the planet. It’s source of power is derived from the Main Central Power Battery.

CRYPTS OF THE GREEN SENTINEL CORPS

The Crypts of the Green Sentinel Corps is located on Mogu where all members of the Green Sentinel Corps are laid to rest after they've died. It is protected by Morro, the Green Sentinel of Sector 666.

MOGU: THE SENTIENT PLANET

No Caption Provided

Mogu is an extremely rare sentient or "living" planet. When it was recruited by the Guardians of the Universe, it changed it’s foliage and arranged it into a green band circling the body with the standard Corps lantern symbol. Mogu is also responsible for guiding the Green Sentinel rings to new sentient beings after their hosts die.

Mogu is not a social Green Sentinel and his interactions with the rest of the universe are not well-documented. He avoids announcing his presence, preferring to represent himself using pseudonymous holograms. In one incident, it sent holograms to purchase dolphin-like mammals from Queen Freyah. When Freyah tried to retrieve them, a Mogu hologram persuaded her not to. Freyah never discovered she was dealing with a sentient planet. At the same time, Mogu has allowed alien races, such as some members of the Green Sentinel Corps, to live on his surface and has been willing to change his climatic conditions to suit them. These inhabitants of Mogu may not always know that their home is alive and watching them.

HISTORY

In the early days of The Universe, natives of the over-populated planet Maltasus evolved into a long lived species of great power. They subsequently settled the planet Mogu and declared themselves the Guardians of the Universe and enemies of evil after one of their own, the renegade scientist Serona, performed a forbidden experiment that had terrible consequences for the Universe at large. Exactly what those consequences were have varied with different versions of the stories; originally, it was supposed to have unleashed Evil in the first place. Later, it was attributed to have created the Antimatter Universe of Qwardal. Later still, it was used as the explanation for the existence of parallel universes, which eventually led to the rearrangement of Time itself. Finally, it has been stated that it accelerated entropy, shortening the duration of the universe by a billion years. Some of the Guardians of the Universe, however, disagreed on how to deal with the chaos that had been unleashed. One group, calling itself the Controllers, separated itself from the others and favored using more violent methods to achieve their ends. They would later found their own organization. The female Maltasians, feeling no need to involve themselves in the situation, also left, later becoming known as the Zamarians.

To enforce their will and guard against alien menaces of all sorts, the Guardians of the Universe had created a legion of robotic sentinels called the Manhunter Sentries about 3.5 billion years ago. The Manhunter Sentries eventually came to resent their servitude and were also viewed as flawed due to their inability to recognize and/or feel fear. They rebelled against their masters and fought a millennia long war that culminated with an attack on the planet Mogu. Ultimately, the Guardians of the Universe overcame their android servants, stripping them of their power and banishing them across the universe. Eventually, they formed their own robotic society where they pursued their own agenda (which often included interfering with and foiling the plans of their former masters).

Chastened by the failure of The Manhunter Sentries, the Guarduans of the Universe decided that their newest force of soldiers for good would consist of living beings, ones who had free will and strong moral character. To arm this new legion of celestial knights, the Guardians of the Universe created the Power Rings, rings of inconceivably advanced technology that allowed their wearers to project green beams of energy with which the bearer could conjure objects of any size or shape, limited only by his or her imagination and willpower. Although the connection between the Guarians of the Universe and the origin of the Green Sentinel symbol has yet to be clarified, it has been revealed that the symbol itself has it’s roots in the first life in the universe. Allegedly, the first life in the galaxy emerged on an unnamed foggy world and when they developed a police force, the first in the universe, the constabulary carried a lantern lit with a green chemical flame, hence a corps of Green Sentinels. It is believed that this ideal was adopted and spread throughout the galaxy as a symbol for law and justice and its ability to pierce confusion and uncertainty, eventually resulting in the formation of the Green Sentinel Corps, with requisite power rings and lantern-shaped batteries along traditional lines.

Both the Corps and the Guardians of the Universe suffered casualties during a recent crisis that remains a mystery to this very day. The Guardians’s failure to take appropriate action during the Crisis led to their decision to depart Mogu in the company of their female counterparts, the Zamarians. Left to their own devices, the Corps fell into decay as it’s members were hunted down one by one by the Sinestra Corps. Now, only a handful of Green Sentinels remain while their base of operations, Mogu, has been captured by the Sinestra Corps.

The Green Sentinel Corps rallied it's forces with the help of the Earth hero known as Hal Knight and the Sinestra Corps was defeated, along with it's leader. The Guardians of the Universe are once again leading the organization they have created and the Green Sentinel Corps is back to patrolling all known space sectors and keeping order in the universe.

RULES

1. No conquering the Green Sentinel Corps and/or Mogu without my permission. This also includes destroying the Green Sentinel Corps and/or the planet Mogu.

2. If I grant permission for rule 1, sell the defenses of Mogu and the Green Sentinels (on RARE occasions, even the Guardians of the Universe themselves). Mogu, Green Sentinels and the Guardians of the Universe are not pushovers so please don’t treat them as such. They are highly trained in combat and should be written that way.

3. Anyone may come and visit provided their character is not a wanted criminal and/or villain (they also have to have the means to travel here as well). If your character is of a questionable character and you want to visit Mogu, then ask me permission first. But please know, your character will be watched by everyone and escorted everywhere. An attempt to arrest your character is also a very strong possibility.

4. No auto-hitting, no Godmoding and no Metagamging while here.

5. Please follow the normal CVnU forum rules while visiting.

6. Have fun!

You do not need my permission to create a Green Sentinel and play here. By all means, create one and have fun! ^_^

Question how powerful are they as NPC's?

City lvl?

Planet lvl?

@contingency:

Since it's obvious Green Sentinels are based on Green Lanterns, then I'd say an experienced/seasoned Green Sentinel can give guys like Superman a hard time (they'd still lose in the end, though). The average Green Sentinel could hurt Superman but would lose even quicker due to inexperience. Heroes like Wonder Woman would lose more often than not to an experienced Green Sentinel while Diana would beat the average to rookie Green Sentinels (it'd still be a good fight, though, since their offensive capabilities are a million times better than hers).

One member of the Sentinels of the Universe could very easily take down someone like Superman. In fact, it would take the entire Justice League to take down one Sentinel of the Universe and even then it's still no guarantee of a win. And that's only if even one of them chose to fight, which they prefer not to.

That answer your questions? ^_^

@green_sentinelx: Yeah, see I wanna do something with them.

My Blackmarket Alien guy is sellling guns that can kill cosmics beings (Maybe Green Sentinels too if you allow?) in relatively few shots.

The Sentinels can go look for him and put a stop to his deals (Peacefully or Violently)

@contingency: Well, if that gun can kill Cosmic Beings, then most likely could kill a Green Sentinel. But remember, their rings can do almost anything they can imagine. Which includes creating force fields (which are strong enough to protect them from a nuke that could destroy a city the size of New York).

I can NPC some Green Sentinels to look for this guy if you'd like. ^_^

Sometime After Dealing with the Red Sentinels...

No Caption Provided

Hal gets home after a very long day at the Daily Observer, running the streets as a reporter and fighting crime as Green Sentinel. It was nice being back on Earth after dealing with Alduin and his Red Sentinels, but now it was good to be back on terra firma.

Unfortunately, the universe has a sense of humor because Hal Knight is about to get pulled right back into space because it is at that moment that a beautiful, white haired, woman steps out of the shadows and speaks, "Hal--"

The alien visitor is not allowed to say anything more when Hal jumps half out of his skin, "Yaaa!" He turns the lights on and sees that it is, "She'arah! Don't do that! You scared the crap out of me!"

She'arah smirks, folding her muscular arms, "And I thought you were fearless."

Hal slowly smiles, "It's great to see you, but what are you doing here?" He approaches her and the two friends shake each others hands in the way that She'arah's people do on her home planet. Right after that, the seven foot amazon looks a little grim, "I would have come sooner, but I could not. Mogu and the Green Sentinel Corps have fallen. Sinestra has claimed the planet as her own and now scattered the Green Sentinel Corps to the four corners of the universe. We are being systematically hunted down and slaughtered as Sinestra replaces us with her Corps and rule the universe through fear."

Hal has to sit down, this is a lot to take in and She'arah joins him on the couch. "If this is true, then why haven't I heard about it or been attacked yet?"

She'arah looks away, down at her hands, "Because she wants to secure her seat of power before you could have a chance to stop her. Now that she's done that, it's only a matter of time before she attacks you here on Earth. But not just you, Vai as well. No one with a power ring is safe."

Naturally, Hal has to ask the obvious question, "Why hasn't my ring picked up anything going on out there, surely someone sent a distress signal and how did Sinestra conquer Mogu?"

She'arah looks sad, at first not able to form the words, "The signals are always being jammed and conquering Mogu was no easy feat, but Sinestra did it and now Mogu is asleep, unable to wake up. I have come here in the hopes that you will help fight Sinestra. There are a small group of us rebelling against her and any help would be appreciated. Plus, your the only Green Sentinel who has not only fought Sinestra but beaten her in combat."

Clenching his jaw in determination, Hal stands to his feet and changes into his uniform, "Say no more, of course I'll help. I just sent a signal to Vai so she can come too."

No Caption Provided

She'arah smiles, nodding and phases through the wall as she takes off in flight. She uses her ring to establish a communique between them, "Good, because time is of the essence and we really don't have time to find her in person. So, hopefully she'll come to. Thank you, Hal."

Hal creates a jet construct with his ring and smiles as his 'jet' goes into hyperspace towards space sector zero, "You can thank me after we win."

Vai materialized moments after being contacted, having used her ring to cross the distance rather rapidly. She smirked, clasping her hands behind her back. "You rang?" She asked. She'd been relaxing when he'd contact her and though she wasn't in her Green Sentinel uniform, that was a quick fix if it was suddenly required.

"Nothing ever really settles down around you does it?" She teased him. "I swear we've been home for all of ten minutes before we get another emergency contact." It had been longer than that of course, but she felt her point was made anyway. "So what's up?"

Hal glances at the sudden materialization of Vai, then does a double take as she speaks before he pays attention to his flying. With the communications link between his ring and Vai's already open, he replies with a smile, "I guess danger seems to like me."

And that's when She'arah notices Vai and the warrior waves at the other woman. "Good to see you, poozer."

And then Hal updates Vai on the details. "My old enemy put Mogu into some sort of coma. Then Sinestra jammed communications before systematically hunting down and killing most of the Green Sentinels. According to She'arah, Sinestra also managed to convince the Sentinels of Light, I call them Guardians, that they needed to go with their chosen mates and have babies. Odd as it sounds, Sinestra must have some kind of silver tongue because her planned worked and that's when she began her galactic conquest. That certainly explains why the Green Sentinel Corps went silent all of a sudden based on what you've told me, Vai. Sinestra believes fear is the path to order, not will. Let's teach her otherwise. But, a full frontal assault is suicide. We can't win that way. She'arah here has managed to gather what few remaining Green Sentinels are left for systematic guerilla tactics. But that's only a distraction. My job will be to get to the core of Mogu and try and wake him up. With him on our side, we should be able to turn the tide in our favor despite being heavily outnumbered."

@green_sentinelx: So...you're definitely more of the kind of space police that go after major threats to galactic civilizations, as opposed to small fries who just make a living getting things that people probably shouldn't have into the hands of people who probably shouldn't have them, right?

@cosmosis: ((OOC: For the most part, yes. However, each individual Green Sentinel is responsible for patrolling their space sector and it's really up to them to go after "small fry" threats or not.

Plus, the Green Sentinel Corps has seen better days and are, at the moment, low in numbers. So the likelihood of "small fry" space pirates getting away with doing what they are doing is high.

And, if someone does not want the threat of a Green Sentinel coming at them for story reasons, just ask. I don't wish to ruin a potential storyline someone has in mind for their character))

"Never a dull day." Vai commented with a smirk. "Just tell me what you need me to do and I'll get to it. I don't want this crazy lady running around the universe with a crown on her head any more than you do. Don't we need to worry about detection though? Their rings may be able to detect ours and it'll make what we're planning to do a heck of a lot more difficult. So what's the plan to deal with that and how do we get in?"

Vai asked. She watched the other woman for a moment but soon turned her focus to Hal, waving back briefly before she did so. "Why is it always the Red Sentinels causing trouble anyway? Not that I'd want a black one to crop up somewhere."

(sorry for the delay and the short post, but I had to get out a post while I could today).

@vai: @the_custodian (NP, my friend. ^_^. Oh, and they aren't against the Reds this time, but the yellows)

Never a dull moment. Boy did Vai say it and Hal was tempted to tell her she could say that again. Honestly, it's been that way ever since Hal got his power ring. Hal begins to open his mouth to answer Vai but it's She'arah that answers instead, "Don't you remember your training, poozer? The power ring can be ordered to disguise itself to elude power ring wielding trackers. I suggest you do so now, but Sinestra likely already knows we're coming."

Hal smiles, "What she said." Then he adds, "Our plan is for She'arah and her team to distract the Sinestra Corps on the surface while you and I go to the planet's core in an attempt to wake up Mogu. I fully expect Sinestra to wind of our plan so expect her to show up at the core to stop us at some point. And Vai, be careful with Sinestra. She's not going to be so easy to take down as the Reds were. She's cold, calculating, brilliant and ruthless. Never turn your back on her and don't underestimate her. And I'm going to have to ask you a favor. Please don't kill her if we beat her. She was a friend of mine once and I believe she's capable of being redeemed."

Mind if I bring this guy here?

Obviously people would question his moral character but I decided to ask anyway. Not trying to get a power ring with him right now just wanted him to rp, going here would possibly also be informative for him (part of the IC reasoning)

@draco_trace: He's not going to hack into a power ring and take control of it is he? Or hack into the computer mainframe of Mogu or the Book of Oan?

@paragonxxx: I was pretty sure that wasn't an option.

Although hacking a power ring would be absolutely awesome, it still isn't in my plans at present.

@paragonxxx: There is some malleable parts to them. At present:

1. As much IC information about stuff as possible, organizations, super hero/super villain teams, politicla/military people, etc. This one is obviously a combination.

2. A sort of name for myself even if its only among certain groups, or getting noted as being present.

3. (In the future) Either doing stuff that is more like a superhero even if its darker land more like rorsach, or a mixture of superhero, anti hero, and sort of villain stuff. It will make more sense as time goes on but I don't want to spoil to much.

@draco_trace: So, in short, you want your character to establish friendly relations with the Green Sentinel Corps?

@paragonxxx: Pretty much. That would be very helpful, or at least could be helpful.

If it goes badly he expects what he'll have is simply information.

@draco_trace: Alright, come on in. But to prevent confusion, our RP will be considered seperate, and in the near future, from my RP with @vai

@paragonxxx: There wasn't really any sign of his coming until he was practically there. Teleporting just a mile and a half away from the planet, the hacker known as Draco Trace made his presence known moving at a rather moderate speed forwards as his suit created energy behind it using merely light before determining to teleport inside the planet itself. Communicating on the outside would be fruitless obviously unless he either used telepathy or they had a way to do so.

He knew he'd inevitably get attention. Especially as his own suit was emanating a light more yellow or orange in color. Although to the general populace he may have been relatively unknown, it wasn't something impossible to discover either even with a typical search engine. Draco Trace, a masterful hacker, merely stealing information and leaving his symbol behind.

"I'm here to speak with anyone in charge. I am Draco Trace. I am not here with the intent of combat or to harm." He said with his rather deep but seemingly reasonable voice. Let's just see what happens. Will you attack me? Will you welcome me? Or will you judge me as one of you talks to me be they of actual rank or not?

When Draco arrives, he might see the landscape has a lot of greenery. Even a lot of the buildings are green. It was a sight to behold and there were even beings flying around. At his sudden appearance, they suddenly stop and gawk at him. After Draco speaks, announcing his intentions, a seven foot amazon of a woman, and alien, points a glowing green ring at Draco, speaking with an authoritive voice, "I am She'arah of the Green Sentinel Corps. If you are not here for combat or to harm then why do you arrive unannounced?"

She'arah stops as one of the blue skinned Sentinels of the Universe appears before her in green light, "Green Sentinel of Sector 674, our visitor is to be escorted to the main complex to meet with us."

She'arah obediently inclines her head, lowering her ring hand, "As you command."

The hologram of the wise and powerful Sentinel of the Universe vanishes and She'arah looks at Draco with a look that could burn a hole in the wall. "Follow me." She begins flying towards the main complex.

As they come closer to the main complex, Draco may spot the huge 100 foot tall Main Central Power Battery. Truly, a wondrous sight to behold. She'arah escorts Draco inside and into a chamber with twelve places for someone to sit. The seats, as well as tall wall, are filled with blue skinned midgets with white hair. She'arah bows in respect, "I present to you, Draco Trace."

The wise and benevolent Sentinels of the Universe look upon Draco with mild curiosity. The one in the middle is the one that speaks, "Draco Trace, we are the ones to speak to. What business do you wish to discuss with us?"

She'arah remains by Draco's side, placing her arms behind her back as she watches the exchange.

@paragonxxx:

"Well I didn't exactly realize ya'll had an email address I could access." Draco said sarcastically to the question about why he arrived unannounced, unperturbed by her six inch height over him and pointing the ring in his direction.

He followed quietly the cape that laid mostly over one shoulder and down his side and back flowing as he took swift long gaited steps his eyes gazing across everything despite being hidden behind his outfit. He took note of the massive central power battery and then these midgets as he entered. But knowing they were undoubtedly the ones in charge, or at least with authority that is.

He tipped his head to the side noting the woman was still there and grinning underneath before responding to them, "Indeed, I should explain myself. I want a mutual understanding, or even an agreement between us. I may be earth born, but the world to me is foreign. Which is perhaps why I can study it so well, why I see its complexity well beyond what most can. I've been forced to resort to hacking however to truly get an understanding unfortunately, so I suppose to most I'm a criminal. I needed information to find what I'd already learned but needed to get back for certain." He held out a hand gesturing among them, "I'm no diplomat, nor am I the definition of a hero. I have no doubt that if people could they'd capture me. Now that I've learned most of what I need however I can focus on my goals. I can help you and you can help me I'd wager. I can help you when you have problems, in return I want you to ignore me the next time I do something big that you might find of questionable morality, unless you have exceptional spies, but be careful. It isn't going to be what it seems. After it happens I'd explain to you further."

Indeed. I am no diplomat. People aren't my specialty. But variables are, and if my plan all goes correctly I can break down who I need to and everything will all be fine and dandy. Heh, but we'll just see how that works. Fancy words are useful if I can actually use them correctly.

@draco_trace:

The Sentinels of the Universe begin to talk among themselves, but their lips are not moving. Ah, telepathy. There is no other explanation. While they are doing that, She'arah looks down at Draco with a hard stare, keeping a low voice, "You do know your in the very heart of THE Galactic Law Enforcement in all of the known galaxy? Announcing your a criminal to some was not a smart move." Nevertheless, She'arah does not move to arrest him, so Draco is safe...for now.

Finally the Sentinels speak, but not the middle one this time. It was one to Draco's right, "What information have you learned that was valuable enough for you to steal?"

@paragonxxx:

As the woman called his admitting to being a criminal not a smart move he had to prevent himself from telling her all the ways he could possibly escape if it came to it. So simply went with, "I know the chances."

He looked up at them the grin still there but hidden, "Patterns. Governments, heroes, civilians, and criminals alike all follow them. As you all do. Every move everyone makes can be judged down to a percentage of likelihood, my own included. In essence, I have enough information to accurately predict many possible events for the next twenty years or so globally. Some of which I already know how to quench before they begin because they're only citizens right now, and the causes of them becoming dangerous only come later on."

@draco_trace:

One of the Sentinels speaks, "This would be useful information."

Another Sentinel speaks, "We cannot act on what ifs and possible predictions."

Another one speaks, "The future has many variables, it is not set in stone."

Then the middle Sentinel speaks, still looking right at Draco, "So, would you arrest and imprison a man who has the possibility of being a would be dictator even if it's possible he may choose a different path?"

It was a good question.

@paragonxxx:

"Indeed the future is not set in stone." Draco said in response to the third sentinal, "And yet telling it can so often be an easy task, earth magicians do it all the time, false magicians I mean. I simply took that a few hundred steps further."

He turned to the middle sentinal pausing before responding. There was more then one direction that question could actually mean. They could be talking of someone else, or they could even be talking of Draco, in either case, the response was the same "Not likely. That would be a foolish move for certain, even if that person was for certain on the wrong path, you might awaken hate in someone even more powerful who might release them. Or create a political outcry for imprisoning someone innocent at the time. Each case is different and has to be dealt with individually, not as a whole."

@draco_trace:

The Sentinels of the Universe once again converse in private via Telepathy, this time a little longer than usual. She'arah, who was still standing beside Draco, looked from them to Draco himself. Hard to tell what she was thinking or feeling other than suspicion.

Finally, the middle Sentinel speaks. He seems to be the primary leader, "And in exchange for assistance in important matters such as this, all you ask is we turn a blind eye to any questionable morality you may perform. Can you give us at least two examples of what we can expect about this questionable morality should we agree and become allies?"
