The Ghost crew: Ex military. Already in military condition and training any one of them would pose a threat on his own, but who knows how many he has. Typically they have not exceeded 26 men at one time in one place. These men are armed with state of the art military equipment, machine guns, knifes, med kits, bullet proof vests, etc. But their biggest advantage is the cloak, designed by Jason himself it is a facbric laid over the person/object which highly dims any sound from it, as well as causing it to be virtually invisible. This is why he gave them the name ghost crew. They become completely undetected until they strike.

all his soldiers have access to special motor bikes. These are designed to connect to anything electronic (especially knowing the traffic, police car locations, police radio, predicting paths of cars/people/vehicles, and to get quickly through Gothic city with ease.) They can go at speeds of 200 mph, and can get the in just seconds. But that's not where their true advantages lie. No, they are equipped with rockets that can shift location for fast turns, sudden stops or starts, shooting up walls, and even jumping from building to buildin. They are also equipped with an automated machine gun which can come up from the back to fire at a designated target, small missile launchers, and can throw explosives in any direction (or drop to allow them to detonate on contact with person/vehicle). They can set off emp's, change traffic lights within two blocks range, and even release weapons for the driver to grab (Including firearms, blades, and a rocket launcher). Another excellent part is the self stabilization, even if the driver lets go the motorcycle will keep upright, and even make turns and more difficult moves if set on autopilot. They are also designed to prevent theft as they require contact somewhere, even for only a moment, to extremely fresh dna or tissue of a soldier for Jason as well as a quick hidden passcode. They were recently upgraded with titanium and graphene reinforced parts, emp ressistances, and the tired are graphene reinforced to stand against bullets.
Everyone who works for Red Mask are told, usually by mouth, their orders and often live in their own homes or apartments (some of which have even been raided by the Ghost Crew) They also have no set base making it impossible to keep track of them for sure.
Blue Blood team:
The actual team is made up of specially selected Ghost Crew members and Arnold Striker aka Darkwing (Who also imitates Red Mask)
Therefor they have all the same gear and training, but also use the Blue Blood drug. Blue Bloods are extremely loyal to Red Mask, for varying reasons. And it would be pointless to torture them as they have a special ressistance to pain.
