From The Ashes OOC

Previously

Following the events of The Cataclysm The Kingdom of Asgard appeared in the skies over Kansas. The Kingdom rest peacefully until The Goddess Amora launched an attack on the HFC Spanish chapter, forcing the hand of the then Spanish Prime Minister Ziccarra Liafador. What followed was a devestating battle which took place in Newton, Kansas; which saw the kingdom of Asgard brought down by the might of Earth.

The Powerful battle brought forth the cosmic entity known as the Phoenix. The Phoenix sought out Valerie Huntington and provided the White Queen with half of it's force, intending to use the other half on Ziccarra; however Ziccarra was too weak to take on the full force instead it chose Maya Liafador.

Maya's Phoenix remained dormant throughout the Spanish Revolution, it wasn't until the Crimson Sorceress aligned herself with Nikadaemus that the Phoenix slowly begin to awaken.

Now

After a fateful visit from Thee Champion (Leonel Pettis) Maya's half of the Phoenix has fully awakened partitioning it's power in 4 more vessels with the intent of burning the world, and building anew from the ashes.

This is Open, I believe there is one slot still open for a member of the Phoenix Force. Each member will be present in a different city or town; so not everyone will be in the same place.

I have a question, and I don't mean to be a nitpicker, but many locations have a "cannot destroy this place" without permission from the one who created it. So, doesn't those rules kind of defeat the purpose of this event?
